This new villa is situated at the heart of Comtat Venaissin, 1.8 miles from the center of Carpentras, in a wide residential area. It is a haven of peace with its panoramic view of the vineyard right before your eyes. It is located 21 miles from the summit of Mont Ventoux, 17 miles from the Palace of the Popes in Avignon and is close to many typical Provencal villages. You will be in the center of the Vaucluse department and you'll have the opportunity to explore magnificent places in the region. With your family or friends, you can escape to the water theme park Splashworld, Monteux.

INSIDE
You enter this tastefully decorated new house through the living /dining room. When leaving the well equipped kitchen, featuring a table and chairs, you enter a lovely veranda with acces to the terrace. From the living room you join a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful en suite shower room with toilet. The room features a teak terrace. You can find toilets on the ground floor. Then a staircase leads to two bedrooms upstairs: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds which can be combined to make it suitable for a couple. Both rooms share a bathroom with toilet.

OUTSIDE
Located on a quiet plot of land measuring 17.200 square feet, the house offers a beautiful view of the vineyard nearby. There is a big terrace covered by an arbour of reed screenings and featured with table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals. But you can also lay out in the sun on a small teak terrace below. The pool and the deckchairs await you and the pool house offers the possibility to relax in the sahde. From the garden you can see the famous Mont Ventoux and its summit (6233 feet high).

This house offers many assets: a great location for exploring the region, a nice holiday resort in a comfortable house, in typically Provencal surroundings with beautiful views over the vineyard.
