Maison au calme et très bien équipée

Premier séjour en Ardèche pour notre famille. Nous aimons les séjours au calme mais tout en restant proches des commodités et cette maison a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Très bien équipée, spacieuse et idéalement située à l'écart du village mais pas trop. Ses autres points forts sont la terrasse couverte immédiatement accessible depuis la cuisine et la piscine elle aussi directement accessible depuis la terrasse, un régal pour toute la famille ! Important également, l'absence de vis-à-vis et le calme du voisinage. à Recommander.

Maison très agréable et bien située, vue dégagée sur les vignes

La maison est très agréable et très fonctionnelle, les propriétaires laissent tous ce qui est essentiel à disposition (sel, café, huile, etc,…) ainsi que les précédents locataires. Très bon emplacement pour visiter les différents sites de la région. Grande piscine, espace extérieur très appréciable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Calme et détente

Points positifs : Emplacement idéal et calme au milieu des vignes Points négatifs : Nous regrettons de n'avoir été accueilli par personne,ne fusse pour les explications de base concernant la maison,un simple mail pour nous fournir un code et débrouillez vous. Nous déplorons le nettoyage spartiate ,apperement juste les salles de bains avaient été nettoyées, minous sous les fauteuils du salon et lits,toiles araignées un peu partout,tapis pas aspiré alors qu une dame de ménage serait passée 2h avant notre arrivée. Un petit conseil:il serait temps de remplacer certains matériaux (accessoires piscines,chaises de jardins qui se déboitent,percolateur,fuite d'eau au chauffe eau,joints de certains robinets.) Vu le prix de location demandé, nous pensons que la moindre des choses est d'avoir au minimum une maison propre et du matériel adéquat. Le positif de tout cela,nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un cadre merveilleux, ce qui fait la force de votre location.

Merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires et même si nous nous réjouissons des critiques positives recues durant tout l'été, je prends volontiers note des choses à développer. Nous allons tout mettre en oeuvre pour que ces différents points soient remis en ordre. Nous faisons tout notre possible pour offrir une maison propre et un extérieur soigné mais notre bon-vouloir est souvent dépendant de personnes autres que nous-mêmes. Pour cette raison, nous sommes reconnaissants qand les locataires nous informent des choses à traiter, ce qu'ils font volontiers généralement sous forme de mail. Tout comme vous, nous reconnaissons également que la vue et le calme sont imprenables. Quant au prix, je pense que nous sommes très compétitifs. La nature fait entre autre la force de la maison.

wunderschönes Haus mit großem Pool mitten in den Weinbergen

Das wunderschöne große Haus mit schattiger Terasse liegt mitten in den Weinbergen. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß in dem großen sauberen Pool. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe, sodaß keine Langeweile aufkommt. Die Gegend ist super schön zum Wandern, Kanu- und Radfahren. Nach einer schönen Tour sitzt man abends wunderbar bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terasse und genießt den Blick über die Weinberge. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Trümpler!

Heerlijk rustige plek

We hebben (gezin met jonge kinderen) 2 heerlijke weken gehad in dit huis. Mooi zwembad, mooi ruim uitzicht, wij raden dit huis zeker aan!

Un petit coin de paradis

Un havre de paix au milieu des vignes! Maison tout confort et propre, literie très correcte, moustiquaires partout, piscine bien entretenue. Juste un bémol pour l'état du chemin d'accès de la route à la maison: heureusement nous avions un 4x4! Sinon tout était parfait, magnifiques vacances!

Villa parfaite

La maison est conforme au descriptif, elle est spacieuse et confortable. On y trouve tout ce qu'on peut avoir besoin au quotidien. Le site au milieu des vignes est magnifique, calme et reposant. La piscine est grande et permet de s'amuser en famille ou de nager un peu. En plein mois de juillet elle était tous les jours entre 26 et 28 degrés. Les villes de Rosières et Joyeuse proposent plusieurs commerces et animations. C'est aussi un point de départ idéal pour découvrir les sites remarquables de la région (Balazuc, Vogue, Vallon Pont d'arc etc...) De bonnes vacances même si la canicule a été épuisante.

Erholsame Ferien in schönem Ferienhaus

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa des Vignes verbracht. Die Lage in den Weinbergen ist wunderschön und naturnah. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool bietet eine unschlagbare Aussicht auf die Weinberge und die Vermieterin Frau Trümpler ist unkompliziert und freundlich. Einzig die Abwicklung über die neu gestaltete FeWoDirekt-Seite empfanden wir als mühsam. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön und man kann sehr viel unternehmen. Vom Kanufahren über Wanderungen rund um die Flüsse, Besichtigung von Burgen und Höhlen und vieles mehr... Wir können diese Haus sehr empfehlen!

Komplett eingerichtetes, ruhiges Ferienhaus in einer sehr schönen Region

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sogar das Wetter war -im Gegensatz zu D- top. Die Beschreibung trifft voll und ganz zu. Die vorhandenen positiven Bewertungen können wir nur bestätigen. Nachdem wir vor wenigen Jahren ein paar km weiter nördlich durchs Massif du Tanargue gewandert sind, wollten wir wieder in diese Region und haben viele tolle Wanderwege "um die Ecke" gefunden Fazit: Wir haben uns in den knapp 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür. So macht Urlaub Spass

Tolles Haus, super Pool in phantastischer Lage

Wir haben hier zwei schöne Wochen verlebt. Das Haus, mit grosser überdachter Terrasse und tollem Pool, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage auf dem Weinberg und der Blick sind wirklich unglaublich. Sehr gut ist auch die Erreichbarkeit der umliegenden Dörfer, der Märkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen !!

Praktisch ruim huis op een toffe locatie met prachtig zicht

Compleet uitgeruste ruime woning met leuk zwembad, zalig schaduwterras. Rustig gelegen en toch dichtbij winkels en leuke dorpjes. Aangenaam vertrekpunt voor leuke wandelingen. Wij gaan hier zeker nog eens onze vakantie doorbrengen.

Ende März schon sehr schön!

Glück gehabt! Super Wetter für Ende März. Wir konnten fast jeden morgen vor dem Haus in der Sonne frühstücken und die schöne Aussicht genießen. Die Vermieterin hat das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit der ihr war schon sehr nett (sie ist Französin und lebt in Deutschland) und so freuten wir uns auf den Urlaub. Unsere positiven Erwartungen wurden absolut bestätigt. Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, einer unter vielen Gästen zu sein. Das Haus ist nicht wie ein typisches Ferienhaus, sondern wie ein ganz normales, dauerwohntes Einfamilienhaus eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und die erwachende Natur hat uns sehr inspieriert. Wir werden wiederkommen, liebe Frau Trümpler!! Noch ein Tip: mal in Labeaume im Bistro du Pays zu Abend essen. Sehr gemütlich und persönlich. Der Chef ist sehr herzlich und gibt jedem Gast das Gefühl, er sei etwas besonderes. Die Speisekarte ist klein, aber das Essen köstlich.

Erholung pur mit sonniger Ruhe

Empfehlenswert !

Die Lage der Villa des Vignes ist phantastisch. Sie liegt tatsächlich mitten in einem Weinberg. Man fühlt sich von der Natur umarmt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Vom Cerankochfeld bis zur Schublade voller Reiseführer mit hilfreichen Informationen über die Region ist alles vorhanden, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Nicht zu vergessen der Swimmingpool und die Nähe zur Ardèche und den anderen Ausflugszielen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Abwicklung der Anmietung absolut unkompliziert.
