Windsor Island is Orlando’s newest and most luxurious resort community. This stunning vacation rental community features all the popular resort amenities of its sister communities - Windsor Hills Resort and Windsor Palms Resort, AND so much more! An extraordinary 5,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece, as well as a huge resort-style pool, complete with cabanas, a water slide, and lazy river – perfect for families to enjoy for hours! When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the tiki bar serves both your favorite libation, along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you in shape while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse, along with a video arcade. Windsor Island is a gated community, with an attendant, to ensure the safety for all our visiting guests.

This vacation home designed for the ultimate getaway experience
featuring 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 full baths, fully-equipped kitchens, custom-designed rooms, and your very own private pool deck. It provides bedrooms on both floors as well as spacious, well-equipped accommodations including two king size suites, a queen bedroom on the first floor, Disney movie themed bedrooms, a fabulous loft movie room and laundry facilities for your convenience. You can enjoy the sunshine all day on the south facing fully screened private patio or in the heated pool away from tropical bugs. This property has great privacy with no rear neighbors! It is in the ideal location of the resort which is one block from the resort clubhouse, away from the noise but walking distance to all the resort activities.

Note: There will be extra guest charge for any group with more than 8 people at $20 per person per night. Maximum number of guests allowed is 10 guests of 16 years old or older and no more than 14 guests in total. All guests over 18 must provide photo IDs at security check. All visitors will count as extra guests and pay a fee in order to gain access to the resort. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged at additional $20/hour if there are no same day check-in and check-out.

A beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and very comfortable for me, my husband, our 5 kids (ages 18, 16, 14, 9 & 9), and my elderly mother. The decor was modern and cozy The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, glasses, pots/pans (Publix is close by as well). We made some nice memories cooking in that beautiful kitchen! The community is quiet, new, and pristine. The kids loved the clubhouse, which was just 5 mins walking. The lazy river, slides, and arcade were their favorites! The only downside is you cannot have anyone visit you in this resort if they are not guests staying with you (their names must be on the contract). This caused a problem when my sister wanted to come visit me as she lives close to Orlando --sadly, they didnt let her through the gate. The good thing about this policy is that the community is very secure and safe as only those on the contracts can enter. All in all, we enjoyed every bit of our stay, and look forward to booking here again.

Pleasant and Convenient

My family and I stayed at this property for our Disney vacation. It was clean, pleasant, and convenient. The owners quickly respond to emails and answer and all questions that you may have right away. We had a great time. I definitely recommend this place.

Awesome Resort!

The townhouse was very clean and the property manager was very responsive. I sent multiple messages asking about the resort amenities in the two weeks prior to our trip and the property manager responded within a couple hours. My family really enjoyed the house - it was clean and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the Windsor Island Resort. We rented cabanas because my elderly parents were with us on the trip and were very pleased. There are only a couple of negatives... 1. Limited number of towels in the house and had to wash towels every day. The listing did not say to bring your own pool towels and it should. 2. The neighborhood was very noisy after 10 pm each night. As we had elderly parents on our trip, this was an issue. We will definitely plan another trip to this property and the Windsor Island Resort. We had a wonderful family vacation!
