Room to comfortably sleep 11 people in the 4 bedrooms with 6 beds (king bed, queen, queen, & 3 twin beds (bunk bed and one is a trundle with a regular mattress not a thin trundle mattress). *Located on a small cul-de-sac that is peaceful and quiet. Room for the kids to ride their bikes without having to worry about traffic! The 2-car garage has a mini fridge that is perfect to throw some drinks in while watching the kids ride their bikes out front.
