The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of pillows and bedding for a large group. Lots of indoor and outdoor space for kids to play. Safe and convenient neighborhood. A great place to stay!

Great Home in Bentonville

This was the perfect property for our family. Clean and conveniently located close to downtown Bentonville restaurants and shopping. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had the best possible stay.

Good location just 3 blocks from the Applegate trail head which leads to Coler Preserve. Short drive to downtown Bentonville. Nice neighborhood. Clean house. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. Fenced yard for the dogs. Garage access for bike storage.

The property was amazing - liked that it was pet friendly. It was located within 10 minutes of downtown Bentonville and stores ! The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our stay. Easy check-in and check-out. We highly recommend the property !

Wonderful experience

The house was just as pictured: clean, spacious, great neighborhood. It had great access to so many fun spots. Jamie was very accommodating even allowed for an early check in because it wasn’t occupied. Definitely would stay again! Highly recommend!

Quite and comfortable

We loved our stay while visiting family for the holidays. The location was convenient , quite and safe The large living room was great with plenty of room. Our hostess was very responsive and did an awesome job providing amenities and even games for the grandkids. We will definitely be back!

This is about as perfect as you can get!

The home was perfectly located for riding our bikes to the Coler trails and beyond. Perfectly stocked with all the needs for our family, and extremely clean!

Nice and Clean. A great retreat after riding all day!

Two bathrooms are a must for a group visiting the area for mountain biking or other outdoor activities. I appreciated not being near all the traffic and busy areas. Being away from the main city center has benefits, and we were still close to food, coffee, and other options! We would stay here again!
