Great spot with a lot for the kids to do. It was quiet at night. My only complaint is the mosquitos! They were terrible but they were pretty terrible every where we went in Key Largo.

Location 10/10Hospitality 10/10Ease of access 10/10Only downside is the boat ramp. High tide launches only!Best to have a smaller boat if launching in the neighborhood. But can rent slips to keep larger boats!I will be staying here again for sure!The perfect getaway for friends and family!

My family and I had a amazing vacation at this beautiful property! Everything was clean and updated and it had all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and the beds were comfy. Check -in and check out was smooth and communication was prompt. We were close by to all of the places we wanted to see.- including excellent restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our trip to the keys and our stay in this Villa. Everything was so clean and organized. The host was so lovely to speak to and helped us with our check-in process, because the gatehouse lady was making it difficult. The gatehouse guard let down our first impressions of our trip, unfortunately. However, the host, the house, and the facilities made up for that. If you plan on bringing a boat, make sure you take care of all of the paperwork, and you can store it for free in the boat yard on your trailer. There are raccoons though, so our boat got broken into lol! Don’t bother paying for the boat dock - it’s expensive and if you know how to haul a boat on a trailer, you won’t have a problem getting in and out of the water on the ramp - you just can’t do it at low tide. Overall, our stay was a 10/10, and we would book this house again!

We absolutely loved the property. It was newly renovated and decorated so nicely! Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Fishing right down the road and swimming in the lagoon was super fun. Definitely recommend this stay! Thank you!
