Newly updated and wonderfully located, this ground-floor ski-in/ski-out condo in the popular Winterplace development sits right on the Lift Line ski trail at Okemo Mountain Resort. Returning home at the end of the day is easy - either ski down to Winterplace from the top or take the lift up from the base lodge area. Come summer, you will have no lack of activities to look forward to each day with hiking, waterfalls, a bike park, and so much more mere minutes from home base.

This condo is as comfortable as it is convenient, offering a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining space, and a living room that's warmed by a wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a private washer/dryer to make you feel right at home as well.

With seasonal community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis and basketball courts, Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both relaxation and adventure. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great for families with young skiers

Pros: great location near lifts was ideal for little skiers in our group. Furniture was comfortable and well laid out. Fireplace worked. Cons: unit was a little drafty (but heat worked well), it’s hard to get quick responses from a large rental company vs an owner.

Great presidents week stay

The property is in a terrific location and makes the ski on/ski off process seamless. The condo was larger than anticipated and was very comforteble for our two families m. Highly recommend.

Nice townhouse needs better management.

Great place very well-maintained. Excellent location for skiing. Initially the unit looked clean because it's a well maintained property but once we sateled I started noticing that it's not been clean properly in a while. There were the dust and dirt hiding in the corners, baseboards, interior doors, and bathroom mirrors. I found crumbs in the bed that made me question if the bedsheets were changed. Ugh!

Okemo condo

Excellent condo, could ski out back door if there was enough snow. Had everything we needed. Only problem, they gave us the wrong door code. Problem was solved with 10 minute phone call.

Great location/terrible communication

Property is in a great location and it’s a nice condo. I was a little disappointed to find that we were only allowed to park two cars given it’s a 3-bedroom unit; very disappointed by the property management. I had to sign up for Vacasa to get information and then, every time I needed anything, the local person didn’t answer her phone. The corporate 24-hour number was a call center that either gave me wrong information or none at all and didn’t follow through on what they said they would do.
