FR65D56J- 173370006508D Our house, tastefully restored and full of charm, will seduce you. Located at the end of a closed driveway (electric gate), it will ensure absolute calm.
Close to shops open all year round (covered market, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy...), it offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay in winter and summer.
With its two bedrooms and two bathrooms and two toilets, it is perfect for four people.
The opening of its large living room of 47 m² with kitchen opening onto the terrace allows you to enjoy the garden and live "inside-outside".
Its wood stove and its brightness (south facing) make it very pleasant in winter and summer.
Located in the centre of the island, the beaches are 4 km from the house. Numerous cycle paths make it very easy to get there by bike.
The village of Chéray has a nationally recognised skate park (Parc des Prés Valet), an attraction area for children and a very pleasant place to eat under the trees both during the day and in the evening.
