You live in a modern and high quality furnished 2-room-Non smoking. In an apartment size of approximately 50m² have 2 to 4 people enough space. From the hall you enter a spacious, light-filled living and dining area. The living area is furnished with a sideboard, reading lamp, LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, a comfortable couch (pull-out quality with separate mattress 1.60 m x 2.00 m) with a coffee table. Even on an internet connection (WLAN), you still enjoy the holiday. This is for our guests included! The fully equipped kitchenette is completed by a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, small kitchen utensils as well as a dining set with 4 chairs. Adjoining the bedroom is a double bed (1,80m x 2,00m, 7 zone cold foam mattress), adjustable bed bases, a spacious wardrobe, insect screens, LCD TV and additional dresser. For a peaceful sleep, you can darken the room. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, WC, insect screens and heated towel rail / underfloor heating and a fitted radio. In separate utility room you will find a clotheshorse, iron and ironing board, cleaning utensils and a shoe cabinet. On the partly covered terrace (East), which is accessible both from the living area as well as from the bedroom, there is a sitting area and a sunlounger. You can use the adjacent garden of 60m² free. Pets are not allowed. For our younger guests is a baby travel bed (without mattress without Bettinlett) Included available. A parking space (no. 1) can be found in the garage of the house. You can store your borrowed or brought bicycles in your own lockable basement room. Here is also the opportunity to charge your e-bikes. In the basement community can be used at an additional cost, the common washing machine and dryer. The apartment with a terrace is available for 2 to 4 people and is located on a quiet side street of the magnificent Wilhelmstrasse with its distinctive seaside architecture. In the immediate vicinity are numerous cafes and restaurants. The beech forests of the adjacent Granitz invites you to wonderful hiking and biking tours. In the underground garage (lift) there is a parking space for your car and a lockable storage room for bicycles etc. for single use. Washer and dryer are available for a fee.

Ruhig, sauber, geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Großer Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Perfekte Lage: die Restaurants, der Strand und zahlreiche Wanderwege sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wenn man keinen Luxus unbedingt haben muss wirklich empfehlenswert.
