The 2-room apartment with 3 DTV stars is located on the ground floor of the family house.   A beautiful living room with sofa, flat screen TV (3D) and dining area with 4 chairs is the focal point of the apartment. Telephone for free calls to the German landline. Free internet access via wifi. The modern kitchen niche equipped with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and utensils for daily needs are a matter of course. One bedroom with French double bed (140x200cm) open foot, bedside table, reading lamps, wardrobe and flat screen TV. A bedroom with high quality box spring bed 180x200cm open foot end, bedside table, reading lamps, wardrobe and flat screen TV. Travel cot is available on request.   A bright bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, towel warmer and hair dryer. A furnished terrace invites to relax. Pets are welcome. Due to the following guests smoking is not allowed in this property

In the Bismarkstraße in the heart of Westerland, just a few steps from the Friedrichstrasse and a few minutes from the beach, is the family home Ziemer with three apartments. Apartment 1 and 2 are 2-room apartments for 1- 1-2 persons upstairs.  Apartment 3 is a 3-room apartment for up to 4 people on the ground floor with terrace. Apartment number 1 and 3 can be booked contiguous and is then a large apartment for 6 people.   A free parking space and a bicycle storage facility is available for each apartment on the property.

Kurzurlaub zum Entspannen

Ruhige FeWo mit super Lage in Westerland. 500m in die Fußgängerzone und ca. 800m zum Strand. Lieder etwas hellhörig wenn die OG Wohnung besetzt ist und die Mieter dort umher gehen. An der Einrichtung der zwei Schlafzimmer, der Küche und des Bad gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Leider nicht so wie gewohnt!

Wir waren erschrocken vom Zustand des Gebäudes. Die Fassade und die Terrasse waren ungepflegt und Moosig. Die Blumenkübel vor der Haustür aufgeplatzt und leer. Das Haus ist in seiner Umgebung vom äußeren Zustand negativ aufgefallen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Als erstes haben wir die mit Hund Haaren übersehten Teppiche in den Schlafräumen zusammengerollt und dort gründlich sauber gemacht. Die Bilder haben aber, was die Größe angeht, mächtig getäuscht. Es fehlen sowohl in der Küche als auch im Badezimmer Abstellmöglichkeiten. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer, glich einer großen Hängematte. Wir haben die Beulen in der Mitte mit Sofakissen ausgepolstert, um wenigstens einigermaßen schlafen zu können. Meine Frau ist in der zweiten Nacht mit Rückenschmerzen auf das Sofa ausgewandert. Wir erwarten auf dieses Schreiben bitte möglichst schnell eine Rückmeldung.

Zentrale Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war zu kurz, aber sehr schön . Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal : Strand, Fußgängerzone, Bahnhof, Restaurants fußläufig schnell zu erreichen - aber total ruhig ! Nicht eindeutig ist die Parkmöglichkeit : an der Straße meistens alles voll und „neben“ dem Haus nicht erkennbar, ob man da darf…. Leider riecht die Wohnung nach kaltem Zigarrettenqualm - entweder aus den Teppichen und Polstern , oder weil früher dort viel geraucht wurde, oder es zieht vom Nachbarn durch die Verbindungstür im hinteren Schlafzimmer ! Ich empfand es als sehr störend !

Sehr schöne und zentrale Wohnung.

Die Ferienwohnung lag sehr zemtral und wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Sie ist super ausgestattet. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein. Spinnenweben an der Decke im Bad Da wir bei ser Ankunft eine Rückfrage bzgl. des Schlüssels hatten, haben wir bei der Servicenummer angerufen. Es ging keiner ran und es hatte sich auch während der Aufenthaltsdauer keiner gemeldet. Wir konnten das Problem zum Glück selbst lösen.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit individueller Einrichtung

Wir haben als Familie mit Hund dort eine Woche Urlaub gemacht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Großes Bad, bequemes Sofa und gute Betten. Umfangreiche Ausstattung mit Geschirr und eine super Lage in Westerland. In der Küche ist ein bisschen wenig Platz und man kann sich leicht die Finger zwischen Spülmaschine und Heizung klemmen. Deshalb 4 von 5 Sternen
