About this property

Vacation in idyllic surroundings

We are happy to reserve our apartment for our guests!

This 44sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house. The four sleeping places are a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a comfortable, convertible sofa bed in the living room. Here you will also find a table with sufficient seating. For your comfort there is both satellite TV and a hi-fi system.

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a holiday in Xanten: a stove with a ceramic hob and oven, as well as a microwave, as well as a coffee machine, a toaster and a refrigerator. When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast in the morning sun on the small balcony.

As an extra, we offer our guests two adult bikes, as well as a children's and youth bike. You are welcome to end the evening on the in-house barbecue area.

You will find us in the north of the spa and Roman town of Xanten in the district of Vynen (pronounced: Finns), approx. 6 km from the city center with its many sights and historical buildings as well as the archaeological park's excavation sites.

In about 1 km distance you will find a bakery, the hairdresser as well as a Chinese restaurant and a restaurant with good home cooking. Other shopping opportunities can be easily reached by car in a few minutes.

Es ist eine großzügig eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung und die Umgebung sind eine wiederholte Reise wert. In der Beschreibung der Wohnung haben wir nur einen Punkt zu beanstanden: Fahrräder sind nicht vor Ort (so haben wir es verstanden), sondern müssen in Xanten (9 km) gemietet werden.

Sauber, groß, gut ausgestattet und nette Vermieter. Top!

Ich habe dort meine Schwiegereltern untergebracht, die bei uns in Xanten zu Besuch waren. Die waren sehr zufrieden und haben sich wohl gefühlt. Wenn es gewünscht gewesen wäre, hätten sie sogar Fahrräder haben können. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Eindruck und ein guter Service. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Danke.

Es war super schoen.

Es war ein sehr gelungener Kurztrip. Am besten waren die kostenlos zu verfuegung gestellten Fahrraeder. Vermieter war super nett,ferienwohnung voll ausgestattet und ausreichend fuer uns 4. Hier werden wir bestimmt nochmal unseren Urlaub verbringen.
