Step inside to the main level, where you'll find a cozy living room, large TV and access to the upper dining deck. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, sets the stage for memorable culinary experiences. Recently updated with the vacationer in mind, this home offers ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. Outside, two decks overlook the sprawling backyard and oversized pool, providing the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. The private pool and expansive backyard make this property a vacationer's dream, offering a rare find in the area of rentals.

FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay.

Pool*: 31'x15' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week and $500/week for the spa, however the pool heat is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

Great Location

Great location if you need the beach. For golfers not as ideal as being on mainland due to extreme traffic issues in the afternoon. That said amazing digs, nice touches with popcorn machine, and great tv s everywhere.

HH Stay

Very nice property. A short direct (about 200 yards) to the beach. Big yard and very quiet. We spent a lot of time at the pool and under the porch next to the pool. We had two minor maintenance issues and the Property Manager responded promptly. Good location. Only about 2 miles to grocery stores and, more importantly, a good ice cream shoppe!

Unfortunately cut short due to storm

The house and location are amazing! Love the 2 floors with double kitchens. The pool and outdoor spaces are great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach is short 5 minute walk down the boardwalk. We had a glorious 36 hours here before having to leave due to the storm. The commmunication with the property manger was excellent! We were given frequent updated about the forecast, island conditions, and expectations. We hope that we can come back next year and stay longer.

Pros: Big pool, great location, nice hot tub, rooms were a good size, decor very nice. Cons: layout of rooms difficult to congregate when kids sleeping since outdoor grill and dining is on second floor,, no privacy in backyard, dishwasher extremely inefficient, house had spiderwebs on ceiling and dead bugs on ground upon arrival, wasp nest on second floor deck.

Newly renovated, beautiful and private!

This is a very well-maintained and beautifully decorated house. The spacious layout fit 3 families with young kids, very comfortably. 5-minute walk to the beach on a path directly across the street from the house afforded us the convenience of going back and forth, when necessary. The pool was fantastic. We used it a ton. The fire pit in the yard was an added bonus! All onsite needs were provided - beach chairs, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen appliances/utensils, recommendations for island activities and restaurants, etc. We didn't have any issues for our week-long stay. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time we stayed at 37 Bradley Circle and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival the house was clean & fresh, the pool area & backyard were immaculate with new furniture and a huge backyard for our two grandsons to play in. No need to have the pool heated as the weather was warm. The entrance to the beach is just across the street with a wooden walkway that gets you there in 3 minutes. We had four adults and our two Grandchildren upstairs and it was perfect for our needs. Loads of dishes, cookware & utensils. Downstairs is another bedroom, shower and full kitchen, along with laundry room and entrance to the pool. It's not the biggest house on the street but definitely has the best pool and yard. Vacation Homes of HH is great to work with, fast responses, and easy to reach. The Explorie deals for golf are great. We will be back soon. Thank. You!

Great place close to beach with pool

The place was great. The walk to the beach was 5ish minutes so not too bad. The pool was great for the 4 small kids and 6 adults. The house was clean enough. A few small things here and there but nothing unexpected for a rental from my experience. This was our first extended stay at Hilton Head. Everything was within reasonable driving distance. We spent most days at beach and pool. Made dinner a few nights on the grill. Went out to dinner the rest of the nights. Nice to have two fridges and kitchen spaces for the 10 of us. Things to note about Hilton head in summer is that pool was quite warm. Too warm for me until it rained a bunch then it cooled off to a nice temperature. Same with the ocean.

Our mattress was so soft my husband thought we had a water bed. My back is still recovering. And honestly there was not enough indoor seating for our group of 11, but the only time it was a problem was in the evening when everyone wanted to sit down to relax and take in a movie. We really did enjoy the property and especially the pool. We also like the fact that there were only 2 floors to the house.

Nice House with a Huge Pool

The house was very clean and nice. The pool is huge, one of the biggest we have had in a summer rental. I think the hot tub should have been included in the overall price instead of adding it with additional fees. Maintenance had to come in to fix things which was a little inconvenient. They also said maintenance was coming a second time, but they never showed up. Like others have said they should increase seating in the main areas, 12 people cannot sit together in the room unless people sit on the floor. Walk to the beach was short. Beach was crowded but nice. Overall a nice house.
