Short distances to the local traffic and many cycle tours. Hatzenport offers a well-developed network of hiking trails in a beautiful landscape. The Traumpfad WeinWetterWeg, a few steps from Fuchs country starts away. In February 2012, the German Tourism Association e. V. (DTV) the Fuchsdomizil first time with 4 stars. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub und eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Der Ort ist zentral gelegen und wir haben für all unsere Unternehmungen Bus und Bahn genutzt. Wir werden in jedem Fall wieder kommen, weil wir noch einiges nicht gesehen haben. Der Winzer, gegenüber der Ferienwohnung, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns auf diesem auch noch mal beim Vermieter, für den netten Kontakt.

Großzügige Wohnung in wunderschöner Landschaft

Wir wurden trotz später Anreise vom Bahnhof abgeholt, obwohl es nur ein paar Schritte zu gehen sind und sehr freundlich begrüßt und über Wohnung und Umgebung informiert. Den Aufenthalt in der liebevoll eingerichteten, supersauberen und geräumigen Wohnung haben wir sehr genossen. Dass es ein Ticket für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gratis dazu gibt, fanden wir ideal. Lohnende Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es zudem direkt vor der Tür. Das einzige, was vielleicht fehlt, sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, diese finden sich erst in Alken. Für Autofahrer ist das sicherlich kein Problem, für Radfahrer gut machbar, aber mit Nutzung des Bahnverkehrs und anschließendem Fußweg schon recht aufwändig. Dafür gibt es leckeren Wein direkt gegenüber im Weingut, dort haben wir viel gelernt über Mosel und Wein und einiges erfahren über Land und Leute. Die Möglichkeit, draußen im Innenhof der Ferienwohnung zu sitzen, ist ein zusätzliches Highlight, das wir nur wegen des kühlen Wetterns nicht genutzt haben.

Gemütlich, großzügig, guter Wein

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel im Fuchsdomizil verbracht und sind rundum zufrieden. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, flexibel und mehr als hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und bot spontan noch zwei unserer Freunde einen gemütlichen Schlafplatz. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
