The private beach access is near Public Beach access #38 on Front Beach Road.
Just a short walk from the Townhouse.
All units are Townhouses; no elevators & there is assigned parking right in front of the Townhouse. You will need to display a parking pass which will be provided. No hallways.

Fully equipped kitchen; full size appliances.
Dishwasher; microwave ; gas range.
Side by side. Refrigerator with ice maker & filtered water.
Large dining area with table for 6 or use the patio table outdoors.
Bags of ice are available for purchase at the beach entrance & near the Gulf Highlands pool
Bedrooms are upstairs & have bathrooms en- suite.

Screened Florida room backs up to the Large Grand Lagoon Pool .The Grande Lagoon Pool is not heated ; but others nearby are heated seasonally.

Community has 11 swimming pools; 5 are heated.. Tennis courts; pickle ball courts free PuttPutt Golf & shuffle board on site.
