✓ Pet Friendly: Your furry companions are welcome to join you on your journey with us! Pets staying with us are subject to a fee, with an additional charge for three or more pets. Owners must clean up after their pets to avoid extra costs for cleaning and disinfecting hazardous materials. Please get in touch with the host for more information.
✓ Free Parking: Our spacious driveway and attached garage can fit a maximum of up to 3 vehicles of any type, whether it's an SUV, truck, minivan, or sedan.
✓ Self Check In: Effortlessly check in at your convenience after 3:00 PM using the smart lock. A code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Pool Heating Option:
• Since energy costs are higher, heating the pool incurs an additional
charge of $125 per day requested (minimum 2 days).
• We recommend informing us in advance if you'd like the pool heated, as
it may take approximately 10 hours to reach optimal temperature.
• Pool Maintenance Days:
• Pool maintenance occurs on Wednesdays and Saturdays around 8 AM.
• Main House Rules:
1. No loud music permitted to maintain the tranquility of our
neighborhood.
2. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM daily.
3. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
4. Outside guests are not permitted.
5. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited. Please use the backyard for
smoking.
• Energy Conservation:
• Please turn off lights, heating, air conditioning (AC), and electronics
when you're not in the home.
• Trash Disposal:
• Guests staying from Sunday to Monday are kindly requested to assist in
taking the trash bins out to the street on Sunday night. Thank you for
your cooperation!
• Respect for the Home:
• Treat the home with care and respect as if it were your own.
• No Smoking Policy:
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $200
cleaning and sanitizing fee will be applied if the house smells of smoke or
if leftover cigarette butts are found.
• BBQ Grill Usage:
• If you use the BBQ grill, please ensure it is cleaned after use.
