Quietly nestled within Desert Falls is this charming and spacious 3 bedroom unit. No more climbing up and down stairs! With 25 pools and hot tubs in the community, don’t forget your swim suits! One is just across the street. Enjoy a serene green, golf course backdrop as you lounge on the patio, or grill up a feast on the stainless steel BBQ with an extra side cooktop burner.

Located right off of I-10, the PSP airport is a short 25 minutes away; El paseo is 10 minutes.

PARKING:
- Normal sized residential cars are allowed. No oversized cars (by definition cars that can’t fit in a garage), commercial cars with logos, or RVs allowed to park in the community.
- Vehicles that fit the above description wont be allowed inside community from 5 pm to 7 am on Mon - Sat and all day on Sundays and holidays.

Great place to stay for the family!

The condo was roomy and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. We had a great time and will definitely stay again when we come back to Palm Desert!

Pro: April was extremely attentive and responsive. The condo is conveniently located. It was clean.Con: Very dated furniture and decor. There is a musty smell, probably from the 40 year old carpeting and some water damage. The shower is extremely slippery. The outdoor barbecue had been used, but not cleaned, from previous renters.

Wonderful location

This is a very pleasant condo to stay in with our adult family of 6. The views of the mountains and golf course are lovely to look at. Plenty of seating for all. Could have been better with more bath and pool towels available. Would like screen door off living room sliders so we could keep them open in the nice weather we had. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Thanksgiving Week 2024

Our family stay was better than ever this year. We gathered in the living room every evening after a day of easy activities. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room to watch movies on TV, and a large dining table to work on a puzzle, or have our Thanksgiving dinner from Bristol Farms. The jacuzzi was nice and hot, but the mild weather this week was not good for using the swimming pool. Some November’s are warmer. We liked using a key pad to open the front door, rather than worry about using a key. That is a nice addition. Thanks for the use of your condo again. Nancy M

Very Nice But

I feel that if you stay in a condo rather than hotel it's for the conveniences of being like at home. I like to take my time in the morning; have breakfast and maybe lunch in the condo. I may go out for dinner. The condo is designed to sleep 6 which it does very nicely. However the kitchen only has 4 sharp knives and maybe one or two cereal bowls(or salad bowls). The kitchen needs more utensils and dinnerware. Other than that it was excellent.
