Great place to stay for the family!

The condo was roomy and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. We had a great time and will definitely stay again when we come back to Palm Desert!

Wonderful location

This is a very pleasant condo to stay in with our adult family of 6. The views of the mountains and golf course are lovely to look at. Plenty of seating for all. Could have been better with more bath and pool towels available. Would like screen door off living room sliders so we could keep them open in the nice weather we had. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Pro: April was extremely attentive and responsive. The condo is conveniently located. It was clean.Con: Very dated furniture and decor. There is a musty smell, probably from the 40 year old carpeting and some water damage. The shower is extremely slippery. The outdoor barbecue had been used, but not cleaned, from previous renters.

The bathroom area shown has since been repaired and finished. The carpets are professionally cleaned on a scheduled basis, and I apologize about the barbecue - this has been noted in our cleaning procedures. I appreciate the feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Very Nice But

I feel that if you stay in a condo rather than hotel it's for the conveniences of being like at home. I like to take my time in the morning; have breakfast and maybe lunch in the condo. I may go out for dinner. The condo is designed to sleep 6 which it does very nicely. However the kitchen only has 4 sharp knives and maybe one or two cereal bowls(or salad bowls). The kitchen needs more utensils and dinnerware. Other than that it was excellent.

Thanksgiving Week 2024

Our family stay was better than ever this year. We gathered in the living room every evening after a day of easy activities. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room to watch movies on TV, and a large dining table to work on a puzzle, or have our Thanksgiving dinner from Bristol Farms. The jacuzzi was nice and hot, but the mild weather this week was not good for using the swimming pool. Some November’s are warmer. We liked using a key pad to open the front door, rather than worry about using a key. That is a nice addition. Thanks for the use of your condo again. Nancy M

Excellent location and close to everything for our trip. Spacious bedrooms and I liked the layout. Plenty of room for all of us to lounge after a day in the sun. Being 1st floor walk in was very useful to my 87 year old father. Was not able to spend time at the pool or workout facility So I can’t comment on that.
