Contemporary Casa is a beautiful and spacious home with open concept living in the main areas. Guests can cook, watch movies, play board games and chat while everyone is together. The bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house allowing for quiet and privacy when necessary.
The kitchen is fully stocked with gas cooking, the laundry area contains an efficient W/D, an iron and ironing board and winter tools for snow removal as well as direct access to the backyard patio with seating and a shade umbrella. The house has central A/C and heat, 4 TVs, one in the living room and one in each bedroom and electronics charging stations in the kitchen and bedrooms.
Contemporary Casa is centrally located with easy access to the Santa Fe River trail, the Railyard Park & Farmer's Market, the local food co-op and coffee shops. It's a quick drive to the Santa Fe Plaza for dining, shopping, museums/galleries, Native American jewelry, artisan crafts, live music and pubs.
