This is our Opera House.
It is the perfect house for you, family and friends to enjoy your Santa Fe vacation. Contemporary Santa Fe style with hand plastered walls and charming vigas (ceiling beams) throughout. The center of the house is its large great room with lots of light and the Santa Fe sky, high ceilings, comfortable seating. This space will be the center of your Santa Fe experience. The gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted.

While this open concept kitchen / living / dining room is perfect for entertaining, the three bedrooms offer the perfect amount of privacy. Each of the three bedroom suites has its own bathroom and TV. This house can accommodate 6-7 people very comfortably.

and create new memories with family and friends with elegance and comfort!!!

Location - unbeatable:
It is located just blocks from the Plaza - 5-6 blocks. A few blocks further and you are at Canyon Road or the Railyards. We live in the same neighborhood and really love it.

Excellent property that was just a half-mile from the Plaza. All rooms with bathrooms, spacious living area, lovely kitchen, and a great table for game night! Our girlfriend group, in town for a concert and a spa, loved it! One or more of us will definitely be back!

Great home in great locations

This was a great home for a week-long stay in Santa Fe for 3 couples and an infant. It was very clean. Access to the plaza was great. We had everything we needed.

A Very Merry Getaway

My husband and I, our 2 adult children and their spouses, and our 9 month old grand-baby greatly enjoyed our stay over the holidays. The accommodations were perfect. The location was convenient for downtown strolls, the house was roomy and clean, and perfect for spending family time. Next time we have a family get together in SF, this property will be at the top of our list!

Opera House - Great Stay

The Opera House proved to be a great stay for four adult family members. Wonderfully decorated, the property's location makes for easy access to the Plaza as well short hikes. We will definitely keep this one on our "Santa Fe List."

My 3 friends and I had a wonderful stay in Santa Fe at this condo. Everything we needed was here, very comfortable. The Plaza was a quick 15 minute walk. Parking was limited, but we figured it out.

Great Christmas stay

We had 5 adults, two couples and one single. This property was perfect for us. Two bedrooms had king beds and the third had two twins. The place is very nice and the kitchen is well-equipped. Grocery stores are not very far away. You can walk to town from this condo, but we actually ended up driving. The place is very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Incredible!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time! Three girlfriends - loved each having our own bathrooms and the living area was lovely - it was cool in the evenings and mornings and the gas fireplace was great to have. Walking distance to downtown - location on a bit of a busy street but it was fine! We had a couple of questions and the responses were so quick! Highly recommend!

Even more beautiful than advertised!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The house was beautiful, perfectly clean, very comfortable, and had a strong attention to detail (all towels nicely folded in bathroom, fully stocked kitchen necessities, blankets available for lounging, etc.). Sandra was very communicative throughout the stay and took care of all clean-up and checkout "to-do's". The house really had an authentic adobe / southwest style with tons of artwork throughout the house creating a real sense of luxury. Could not recommend this property more!

Perfect Home

This home was perfect for our girls trip-myself, my mom, and 2 daughters. This home is very comfortable and we enjoyed lounging around in the evenings after our busy days. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the bottle of bubbly, as well as, the washing machine and dishwasher pods provided for us upon arrival was the perfect touch! The bathrooms were great-especially enjoyed the heated towel racks. Communication with the hosts was fast and they were really great at accommodating a couple of our requests. Location couldn’t have been better!! Highly recommend this home and the hosts!!

Perfect location for Opera and exploring

This home has lots of natural light and a welcoming, open floor plan. It is appointed with everything a guest could want in kitchen, bathrooms and living areas. Beds are extremely comfortable. The most direct walk to the Square is a bit hilly but owner gave us easier options if we chose (we did both). There is a nice small porch outside although a bit noisy from the road (not noticeable inside). We had two minor requests and our host responded immediately and had a remedy within a few hours. Host e--mailed us a great directory for the area before our trip (also printed in a binder at the house) with recommendations for restaurants, hikes and places to explore in and around Santa Fe. Easy drive to the opera and simple shopping. Fantastic stay in Santa Fe! Thank you!

Beautiful home, close to downtown

My wife and I rented the Opera House for a week in May to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Santa Fe. We were joined for four of the days by our son and his wife and our daughter and her boyfriend. The house was perfect for the six of us, with three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bath -- privacy for each couple. My wife and I occupied the downstairs bedroom, and I loved the spacious travertine shower. The living room provided a comfortable space for us to spend time relaxing together. The well-equipped kitchen worked well for our breakfasts and those dinners we chose to eat at home. The house was conveniently located for walking to the center, just a few blocks from Palace Avenue. The only times we drove were for grocery shopping and to drive outside the city. The owners are pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed their recommended hike at Tent Rocks.

This was our second time staying at one of Sandra’s properties for a girls trip. Great location and amenities, plus she had so many recommendations for us with regard to local attractions, restaurants and more. Sandra’s communication was excellent too. Cozy place!

Beautiful and cozy place near downtown. We arrived to a bottle of champagne in the fridge and ready to rest up. The neighborhood was quiet too. My family and elderly parents were quite comfortable with everything, it was also their first time in Santa Fe. Great place to stay!

Close to the Plaza with plenty of room

Property is within walking distance of the Plaza which is very handy due to limited parking in that particular area. The condo has everything you need from housewares to appliances to amenities. Our family is very large and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Owners were attentive when any issues were reported.

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this well-appointed property in a great location with scenic views. The property manager was very communicative and sent super helpful tips and favorite activities and restaurants in advance. We used the appliances and all were in great working order and we slept quite well in the quiet rooms. It was perfect for our family with adult kids and grandmother.
