Great house, great location, nicely appointed

Great house with a lot of extras. Large backyard patio with nice firepit. Roomy. Great kitchen, well equipped. Nice furniture and decorations.

The property was perfect for us. Beautiful home and well stocked - Adam was a wonderful host!!!!!! We had coffee outside on the patio every morning and drank Cava in the early evening on the patio before we went to dinner and/or the opera. Everything was within walking distance. The hike next to the house was delightful. The hikes outside of the city were an easy drive and had beautiful trails to hike. We all loved the comfort of the home and we felt very welcome. Thank YOU!!

Loved this place!

This house was perfect for our group of couples/friends - great layout, beautifully decorated (very Santa Fe), extremely comfortable beds and furniture, with a great sunny bar/office space in the back, and the steam room and sauna to top it off! It was walkable to everything we wanted to see in Santa Fe but also had parking which made it easy to see for side trips. Hosts were super nice and responsive. We loved every moment of our time there!

Great location

This was a really convenient place to stay - walking distance to the plaza, restaurants, shops and sights. It was clean, cute, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed, and spacious (although a bit of a maze of a layout). The outdoor porch was nice. I’d stay here again.

Location was fabulous.

Back courtyard was very nice. The very cheap toilet paper is ridiculous at this price level. We enjoyed our stay at this property.

Great Location

This house is in a great location. With great shops and food within walking distance. It is also right across from my favorite massage place. The house was well stocked and very clean.

What a perfect Santa Fe property!

We loved our stay at this exceptional property and constantly found new things to admire. If you’ve never been to Santa Fe you will enjoy being surrounded by the beautiful treasures and objets d’art. The location is excellent as is the driveway parking. The backyard is a real gem and the sauna and steam room lovely.

Great location.

Decor was a wonderful mix of tiles and carved wood that perfectly represented the ambiance of Santa Fe. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Easy walk to the Plaza, shopping and restaurants. Off street parking is a big plus.

Great location

Just blocks from the plaza and Canyon Road. Very comfortable house with delightful sauna and wonderful backyard. Kitchen was excellent and we did lots of cooking. Could use a brighter outside light in the front but that is the only thing we would change. Adam the host was extremely accommodating when we when we ran into a situation (not house related).

Merry Christmas

Host put up a Christmas tree for our holiday visit! The property was perfect-as advertised. The sauna was great after a day of skiing. Location couldn’t be beat! Will visit again and hope this location is available!!

Beautiful home, great location

We loved our stay at this property in Santa Fe. The house was spacious and the fenced in backyard was a nice area for our kids (ages 4 & 1) to play. The owners supplied a pack-n-play and high chair for our one year old to use which was greatly appreciated. We would absolutely stay at his house again!

Santa Fe Girls’ Extended Weekend

Illinois, Denver, and Dallas guests arrived about the same time. The keypad code access was very simple. We enjoyed relaxing on the private patio, the off street parking, and convenient location to the Plaza. The traditional southwest deco made us feel like a true vacation getaway. Our host was very accommodating welcoming us with coffee and snacks, and waters. Very delightful. We hope to return 😀

Awesome property and location

This home is in a great location - close to all downtown attractions and walking distance to The Plaza, Museums and many great restaurants. Plenty of room for everyone! Adam was great and when we asked for suggestions for eclipse watching and playoff baseball watching he quickly had the best answers! We loved Santa Fe and this home, I hope to return again and would stay here again too!

Great location and parking spots

We stayed over new year’s weekend. The house is unique and is a very short walk from the plaza with space to park two large cars in the driveway! My kids loved the sauna and steam room…added bonus! The beds were comfortable with warm blankets for a cozy night sleep. We got to watch the nee years eve fireworks from inside the dining room window as our little one did not make it til midnight. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in the area!

Perfect in every way!

The house was conveniently situated and close to Canyon Road and the Plaza. We enjoyed the space, Santa Fe decor, well equipped kitchen and outdoor fireplace especially. Our teenage grandson loved his downstairs apartment. The host was most gracious and accommodating. We would like to come again.

It was wonderful! We had a family gathering in Santa Fe, and this place supported us perfectly. Great location, lots of space, clean and so close to the Plaza. We all loved it! The sauna and steam room were an added bonus. I rented it for the size and location. It exceeded our expectations. Adam the property manager is a wonderful host.

Very pleased, and is much bigger than it appears!

The house worked out perfectly for us. It is much bigger than it appears in the photo and the six of us spread out very comfortably. For us this meant the teenagers took over the basement quarters and the adults enjoyed peace and quiet upstairs. But we could all gather in the upstairs comfortably as well. I was surprised at how much we used the back room - I think of it as a sunporch. Since this is a winter visit it was lovely to sit out there with breakfast or a book and enjoy the sunshine and the view to the attractive patio. I always like a well stocked kitchen and I found all the tools I needed for cooking at eating at home at least twice a day. There were many kitchen tools that I have failed to find in other rental homes. Another detail I appreciate is good beds. I tried all of them and all were very comfortable. The location was wonderful - we could walk to Canyon Rd., the square in the center of town, many restaurants or just climb the hill of the park just north of there and enjoy lovely views and sunsets. It was perfect for us. The place to be sure to include on your visit is Chez Mamou. It opens early for a fabulous cup of coffee (or capuccino I think - my husband is the one who made daily visits). I appreciated the perfect pastries he brought home for breakfast. It is a block or two away and a great option for treats, or lunch. We'd love to come back.

Perfect Santa Fe Retreat!

I cannot say enough about my stay here. From the plush accommodations to the awesome location, Casa de Suerte exceeded my expectations! The Plaza was a very close scenic walk (3-4 minutes) with shops and restaurants along the way. The home's interior is Santa Fe style at its best. As expected the home was perfectly clean with excellent quality linens and towels. This gorgeous rental was once a high end spa hence the built in dry sauna, steam sauna, and sinks in the bedrooms. The house was impeccably furnished yet very comfortable. The kitchen came with all the necessities for dining. The backyard was an oasis in and of itself, complete with two fire pits and ample patio furniture fit for a truly sophisticated and romantic experience. The pictures did not do justice for this exceptional property! The only negative aspect to mention would be the skylight in one bedroom. It lets in indirect sunlight, so not a big concern. Communicating with Adam was a breeze. He was very personable and immediately answered any questions that I had including restaurant recommendations. His welcome letters included the pass codes for both the WiFi and security alarm, front door key placement, and cable instructions. Everything was easy to follow. This was a truly memorable trip. I am already trying to schedule another visit to Casa de Suerte when I can bring friends and family. Thank you Adam for renting your home to us. We had an amazing time!!!

Our stay at La Casa de Suerte was amazing - everything was outstanding. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the plaza, Canyon Road, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The off-street parking was great. As close as we were to downtown, the was no street noise. The house was clean and gave us Santa Fe vibes that made us want to spend time there. The beds and pillows were very comfortable - so appreciated! Plenty of towels were available. We used the steam room and sauna every morning. They were clean and had plenty of room for 4 of us at a time. We also lit a fire on the back patio one evening -thanks so much for the firewood...that is often not available at VRBO's. We didn't cook anything, but the kitchen appointments all looked great. We highly recommend staying here on your visit to Santa Fe!

Everything about this property screams STAY HERE!!The patio is a gorgeous peaceful place to hear the frogs and bels in the evening as well as have a lovely fire to stay warm! The rooms are comfortable and plenty of pillows, blankets and towels! So nice!!The dry sauna and steam room downstairs are an amazing and most welcome feature after a day of walking around town- you can literally get ANYWHERE from this adorable super Santa Fe’d house. Definitely bring your friends and family to Marcy street!! I spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio!!!
