Georgia O’Keefe’s first memory was of “light all around.” That’s a perfect way to describe Unit 14. A light well floods the dining room with morning sunshine and five expansive windows in the living room supply enough brightness to inspire great art. French doors in both bedrooms open onto a sunny deck that overlooks our courtyard fountain and provides mountain and city views. This spacious casita has three full bathrooms, accented with striking blue Talavera tiles, and kiva fireplaces in the living room and both bedrooms.

Fabulous townhouse In excellent location. Super clean, well appointed, roomy spaces. We were 2 couples and used our place comfortably. Walked into town for meals, gallery hopping, etc. Fabulous time at this home. Would happily stay again.

Perfection!

My mother and I stayed here for 5 nights recently. It was a lovely spot, just minutes from the plaza. The home was sparkling clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Our unit had a great view of the sunset each night. I would happily stay here again.

Very Santa Fe

We meet friends every year in Santa Fe to attend the opera. This was one of the best VRBOs We have rented. 10 minute walk to the plaza, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The TV did not work well, but that was a mild annoyance. We would come again!

Awesome stay!

Beautiful condo. Loved the Southwestern feel and beautiful property, as well.as the location — it’s just a few short blocks to the historic downtown. The two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms is a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again!

More accommodating than anticipated.

The location (access to down town, groceries and major highways) was great. Privacy was wonderful and we felt safe and secure. Accommodations were consistent with SW, but all conveniences modern. Did have to adjust to the altitude: our bad for not remembering to account for that in planning our treks into the wonders of NM.

Great location and layout

The location was perfect to the square, the place was clean, all essentials were available. The three full baths was a plus, both rooms are master suites with full bath and access to the shared balcony. Perfect for two couples. The living room was cozy and the dining room was great, next to the open kitchen and full bath downstairs. Definitely will stay here again!

Simply Fantastic

Beautiful, light-filled, comfortable property. The sunset from the second floor patio was everything. The beds are super comfortable. This was our first Santa Fe trip. The location turned out to be much better than I expected. This is a great area around the corner from the Cross of the Martyrs. Very walkable to the plaza. The place was immaculately clean. I was also needlessly concerned about the parking. Though this unit is spacious, the compound itself is quite small. You can park right outside, maybe 10 yards from the door. We didn’t need to contact the management because everything was perfect. We would stay here again.

Perfect family condo.

Perfect family condo. This condo was perfect for our family of four. The third full bathroom and pull out couch was great! We walked to the plaza every day and It only took 25 minutes to get to the mountain for skiing. Our only complaint, though it’s not really a complaint, would be the tiny old TV in the living room. Couldn’t read any words on it it’s so old and small. But the condo was wonderful and very well appointed. We didn’t need anything and the manager responded quickly to all our needs.
