Sunset House is the perfect house for you, your family & friends to enjoy your deserved Santa Fe vacation.
It is a traditional adobe Santa Fe style with charming vigas throughout. It was recently renovated with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The master suite has a king-sized bed with large entry / study room. The guest suite has 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. The junior bedroom has 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with HD flat screen TVs and AC.
There are three living spaces for entertaining and relaxing; and also 3 different outdoor spaces to enjoy the turquoise skies of Santa Fe.
Solid adobe construction, traditional details and a quaint and quiet neighborhood are everything that you are looking for to enjoy your vacation and create new memories with family & friends with fun, elegance and comfort!

Location - unbeatable:
You also are going to love the location. It is an easy walk to the plaza (shops and restaurants) and Canyon Road (galleries galore). The plaza is 5-6 blocks and Canyon Road is 7 blocks away. It is also on the road to Santa Fe's best spa, 10,000 Waves (4 minute drive). The 'waves' is a world class Japanese style spa with hot tubs, excellent massages and lots of other treatments.

We live in the same neighborhood and really love it. Quiet, convenient and safe. We would not live anywhere else.

Great spot, walkable to town

Great place with all the amenities needed and fun Southwest character. Walkable to downtown Santa Fe, a beautiful park overlook, and Canyon Road. The host was really nice and communicative via messaging, and we didn’t have to do anything before checkout (like stripping beds, etc) which was really nice!

This property was awesome. There was a lot of room to spread out. Beautiful outdoor space. Comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Santa Fe Like a Local

Well located near Plaza, walking distance for visitors younger than our group. Excellent and thorough tips for sightseeing and dining. Large primary en suite king with sitting room plus two bedrooms one quite small. We drew lots. A great setting for our reunion of college friends.

Beautiful & well appointed!

My 2 sisters & 2 nieces all gathered for our annual “Sister’s Trip”! We found the perfect location in Santa Fe for a homey, comfortable stay! We walked to the Plaza, visited the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum & shopped to our hearts content. In the evening we relaxed on the beautiful veranda, sipped coffee & wine before spending a relaxing night in the comfy beds. I would highly recommend this location for anyone seeking comfort, beauty & the wonderful atmosphere of Santa Fe!

Close to Santa Fe, in a neighborhood, easy parking.

We enjoyed several nights sharing the house, dining in so we'd have time for evening ctitiques of the day's work. We paint plein air, out in the community, and bring back works to complete. Great spaces/patios and chairs/tables. Lovely house for creating. It made my workshop leadership comfortable and enriched! Love the house!

Comfortable, relaxing, gorgeous home, accessible to Plaza

This home exceeded our expectations. Driving up and entering, we immediately felt at home. The neighborhood was quiet but very easy to get to the center of town and Plaza on foot. Host Sandra was so communicative and helpful. The house is beautiful, beds and furniture were very comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly and most important quietly -- a sound night's sleep and the opportunities to relax in the ample living spaces and outdoor spaces were the perfect ending to our active days of hiking, shopping, and gallery walks. And wow, the food in this city is incredible. I didn't get to try nearly enough restaurants, so I will certainly be back and would love to stay in this home again!

This wonderful property was the perfect spot for our Santa Fe vacation! Five friends (two couples and a single) stayed here and we all enjoyed it so much. The house is set up so that each of the three bedrooms has access to its own bathroom, which is really nice - plus, there are multiple wonderful communal spaces where we could all hang out - big dining areas both indoors and out, and a spacious and comfortable living area. Location-wise, it was excellent, too - walking distance to so many things. And there are two off-street parking spots if you have two cars, which we did. There is also lots of easy street parking in the area.Our host, Sandra, simply could not have been nicer. I never had the pleasure of meeting her, but her kindness and graciousness came through in every communication she sent. We hope to return to Santa Fee as a group often, and I'm crossing my fingers that this home is available when we do!

A memorable place in a beautiful part of town

Everything about this charming and wellappointed home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood was amazing! The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable . The house is much larger than appears in the fotos and is so well decorated and with so much localcharmwhich we truly appreciated . We mostly loved all the outdoor sitting areas and patios where we spent all our evenings after day tripping. We are all veteran flight attendants who travel the world a lot together and have rented so many places - and this was a very memorable place .

Truly A Charming Adobe Casa and More!

This lovely home in a quiet neighborhood was everything we could have hoped for. It exceeded our expectations for our 3 nights stay for my son's Spring wedding in Santa Fe. Grandparents, parents, and adult children all had an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the clean spacious home and cozy outdoor patio.The bed linens and towels are nice quality and the furniture is very comfortable.There are steps leading up to the home's entry, but they were easily manageable for my 83 year old parents.I would not hesitate to stay here again. The Host is kind and responsive. Thank You!!
