We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, check-in was easy, and everything was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, and the host was helpful in recommending local attractions. My family had a great time, especially enjoying the pool. The surrounding area was beautiful, and the views were fantastic. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to other families visiting the area.

Tim’s place was hands down the most enjoyable place we’ve stayed during our many trips to Santa Fe. We visit about every three months. The property is beautifully decorated, the views are wonderful, and the entire community is peaceful and welcoming. We loved running the nearby trails every morning, then sitting with our coffee watching the hummingbirds gather around the feeders. It was such a relaxing and special experience. We absolutely loved our stay and will make this out to go place from now on! Highly recommend!

Wow! If every rental would be so great. One feels totally at home with all sorts of additional ammenities, like being in someone's home. Little things, like guests sharing of spices, to a gas grill with proper grill tools, to an array of charging cords for your devices. Even a drawer with a battery assortment, in case one of the remotes needed one (it didn't). Comfy bed, nice linens, thirsty towels, decorating in a SW desert style in a classy and quiet neighborhood. It's not really as far out of Santa Fe as it seems, once you drive it. One note for anyone with disabilities is that it is about 75 ft of hillside steps to get to the outdoor patio and entry.

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We’re delighted you felt at home and appreciated the little touches that make the property special. We strive to make the home comfortable and welcoming for everyone, and it’s especially rewarding to know you enjoyed your stay. We specifically selected this unit when purchasing because of its location within the complex. Unlike some of the units closer to the road, ours offers greater privacy on the patio and a more peaceful setting, which we believe adds considerably to the guest experience. We hope to welcome you back to Santa Fe! Tim and Karen

Location was great right across from the Four Seasons and in a community that takes in the natural beauty of its surroundings. Loved the southwestern decor and quiet clean ambiance. Just what we needed!! A mother/daughter weekend!Loved the views and amenities. Our hikes at Kasha Katuwe National Monument, trailheads near Ski Santa Fe and very close to the Vrbo were great. Driving to the square was an easy 15 minute drive and the parking garage there was an easy maneuver!

Our stay at the Garvey casita near Santa Fe
