Luxury View Loft at the Historic Plaza -Spacious 1,050 Sq Ft
Experience the heart of Santa Fe with the historic downtown at your doorstep. This prime downtown location is surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and art galleries and is one block from the historic Plaza, half a block from the convention center and a short walk to Canyon Road.
This stylish 1050 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.
There is a plush and cozy sectional sofa and a large 55-inch HDTV in the living room. The cook's kitchen has most everything you need. There are plenty of closets and storage. The second bedroom can be used as a work space with a desk and printer. The master bedroom also has an HDTV.
Because it is located in the heart of downtown, there can be street activity into the late evening depending on the day of the week and time of year.
I am available by phone (email or text) to care for any needs you might have. A text is usually the quickest we to communicate with me.

About the host
Hosted by Paul DeDomenico

I was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Hawaii in my early teens. I returned to California for college. I visited my new college friend from Santa Fe one summer break and fell instantly in love with the city and moved here in 1989. My wife, Laurie, and I raised our family here. Both my wife and I are in the real estate business.
We love food and culture which is plentiful in Santa Fe. Our favorite travel destination is Europe and especially Italy (food again) where my family roots are. I love to cook having learned from my Italian nona.
We are very casual people and love to share our "city different". We are available to give you suggestions and tips for your stay.
