Casa Esperanza is a beautiful two-story property steps from the Santa Fe Plaza with dozens of world-class restaurants, a famous performing arts center, widely recognized museums, and distinguished galleries. It is also minutes away from hiking and walking trails and the legendary Santa Fe Opera. As you walk through the entry gate, there are private front and back outdoor living spaces

The entry level floor plan boasts tall ceilings with rich exposed vigas, and a warm and inviting gas-burning kiva fireplace with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area.

Offering 2 king bedrooms with ensuite baths, the first master suite has a gas kiva fireplace, double sinks in the master bath with combination tub and shower, and a private balcony. The second king's master offers a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Unique to the El Corazon condominium complex is a state-of-the-art workout facility, a well-appointed clubhouse, and an outdoor community garden featuring beautifully kept plantings, lovely garden furniture, a community gas grill, and a large gas fire pit. PERFECT!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about our stay was perfect. The location to the plaza is ideal making everything very walkable. The unit was clean, quiet, and the beds, linens, and pillows were so comfy. The kitchen was well stocked (hint- if you like brewed coffee make sure you take it, along with sugar and cream- there were some Keurig pods but nothing for the drip coffee maker- no big deal) the courtyard patio was very nice as well. It was a very comfortable stay- oh and the heated bathroom floors were AMAZING! We will stay there again!

Lovely place, professionally run, and 30min drive from slopes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This two story, two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and professionally handled. Directions in and out of the parking garage and home were well organized and made the process easy (which can often be troublesome with these rentals). Accommodations had everything our family of four needed to experience a home away from home. If I could offer the property owner one consideration it would be to change the sheets you are using on the beds. The synthetic material they made of produced so much static electricity that my boys and I had a blast running our hand over them with the lights out to see the light show.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for walking to and from the plaza! This property was very clean and provided plenty of linens, water and more amenities. This property is a secure and quiet area with friendly property employees and neighbors. The property provided underground parking space and luggage carts for easy unloading and loading. The only concern/issue is the master tub/shower is extremely high to get into and out of, it's actually a safety hazard for anyone attempting to use this. We read this on other reviews but didn't think much of it. We made it work and the shower pressure and temperature was great!
