Clean, private, and peaceful! We have always maintained a VERY high level of cleanliness. The location cannot be better with two off-street parking spaces and a short walk to the Plaza.

A quiet, safe and historic neighborhood, just one block from the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum and four short blocks from the Santa Fe Plaza; the luxurious Sunflower Casita Southwest provides a retreat while also allowing you to explore downtown Santa Fe spontaneously. Just leave your car(s) in the two reserved parking spots, meander through the historic neighborhood to any number of attractions just around the corner; Terracotta Wine Bistro, The Shed, a multitude of eateries, shops, museums and galleries in and around the plaza itself. With the multi-faceted Santa Fe Railyard District to the west, you’ll be amazed at the options you’ll have just within walking distance in every direction!
Then, after a long day of play in Santa Fe, the character and style of this charming space will call you back to settle and get cozy. You’ll look forward to relaxing in front of the kiva fireplace watching a movie, or chatting about your day over drinks and snacks in the well-stocked kitchen, or sipping a glass of your favorite wine under the stars on the spacious, furnished, private walled patio. All this in contemporary Southwest style will make you feel right at home.
Hikers: you will find the Atalaya Trailhead a ten minute drive or explore my hiking trail book in the living room to find many trail near Santa Fe.

Remote work/vacation trip

Quiet and comfortable spot close to the Plaza

My wife and I spent four nights at this clean, comfortable, one bedroom condo. We really enjoyed thr large patio area for morning coffee. Perfect location to explore the O’Keefe Museum (around the block) and the Plaza. We loved our stay.

Wonderful Rental Close to Everything

My husband and I stayed at the Sunflower Southwest Casita for four (4) nights in early May. We would recommend it to friends and hope to stay there again ourselves. The casita was clean, comfortable, even better than the photos with many extra touches, and close to everything. A definite Five Star Experience.

Excellent Location and Amenities!

This property is possibly the best VRBO I've rented. The kitchen is top notch with great equipment - stocked with every accessory needed. The patio area was so peaceful, quiet and shaded even though we were within a couple blocks of the main thoroughfare. We could walk to just about everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this casita for the amenities, location, and the quality of design. Thank you for a memorable stay!!

The perfect getaway casita. Great space with all the amenities. Patio is welcoming any time of day. As beautiful and functional as the photos and descriptions. SW Sunflower Casita

The casita was immediately off the downtown plaza area within an easy walking distance. There were two excellent restaurants within a very short distance. The unit was beautiful! The patio was peaceful with a fountain, table and chairs, and gorgeous plants. The casita was delightful, having every amenity we needed. We had a wonderful time and would defiantly stay again! Robin

Fantastic casita in the best location!

My husband and I spent 10 days in this fabulous place. The location cannot be beat--a block from Georgia O'Keeffe museum, 5 min walk to the Plaza, 10 min walk to Railyard District. The casita is beautifully appointed with a big, comfy bed, high-quality linens, fully-outfitted kitchen, a super cozy living area and a fantastic patio with good furniture. I love Judy's aesthetic--great art and really fun pieces throughout. Judy was a delight to work with from beginning to end. We'll be back!

Great location, loved the patio

An ideal location to explore downtown Santa Fe. A very short walk over to the plaza area made walks to hear the free concerts a nice way to start our evening. With dozens of great restaurants nearby we could just leave our car in the off street parking spot and not worry about the hassles of parking in downtown. We spent quite a bit of our time out on the wonderful patio. We ate breakfast out there every day as it was shaded in both morning and afternoon. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating in - something we prefer to do for breakfast and lunch. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is roomy with a great shower. The townhouse was nicely decorated and the air conditioning was pleasant to return to after art shopping in the July heat. The neighborhood is quiet in spite of being close to everything in downtown. We highly recommend this place and hope to get to come back one dqy!

Convenient Gem

Check-in was very easy. The kitchen was well-equipped with very upscale appliances. Maybe a few instructions about the appliances would have been a help. The Patio was wonderful. We spent most of our time there.Downtown was so close and definitely in easy walking distance. We would not hesitate to stay there again

This place is just perfect for a couple. It’s easy walking distance to the town center and has its own parking space. The patio is wonderful and we could really use it given the temperatures and the patio umbrellas. The roads around this condo are under construction making access difficult.

Fantastic Casita in Santa Fe

Arrived at the unit with excellent directions for getting inside and getting set up. The unit is in impeccable condition, with gourmet kitchen appliances, and tasteful appointments throughout. Most vrbo's have one or two warts that don't ever seem to make it into the pictures. Not this property. This is a top to bottom fantastic unit!Will definitely come again and will recommend this specific unit to anyone who's party size would be accommodated.

Cozy, beautiful adobe house in a location that can't be beat

we had an amazing time during Thanksgiving week as a getaway with my partner and 2 pups. We were able to re-heat our entire thanksgiving meal in the sizeable kitchen and loved having a fire in the fireplace at night. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location and beautiful home!

This was a return visit for us. The home was lovely with a wonderful amount of space and amenities. It is so easy to walk to the plaza and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. The king bed is incredibly comfortable and the full kitchen is well stocked to cook meals at home. The patio is large ~ in nice weather it is so nice to eat outside and sit and read. I just cannot say enough good things about this property! We intend to return again next year!

The Sangre de Cristo mountains convey peace and tranquility and the unique cuisine is world famous. I adore the opportunity of being only a short walk to the plaza and a short drive to so many hiking trails and other adventures.
