The perfect home base for hiking, hunting, boating, fishing, ATVing, and outdoor adventures of all sorts, Rustic Camp is a classic, single-level cabin that sits within walking distance of an association beach and dock on Moosehead Lake just down the road.

This cabin is less than half a mile from the shores of Moosehead Lake, placing you mere minutes from the community beach and dock with ATV trail access right outside your door. Built in 1940, the home retains much of its original charm, including natural wood adorning the floors, walls, and ceilings. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting living room (which doubles as a third sleeping space in addition to the two bedrooms), a fully appointed kitchen, and a dining space that sits in the warmth of a cozy wood-burning stove.

After a day spent boating or fishing, you'll also have a gas grill for your fresh catch, a screened-in porch where you can comfortably unwind, and an outdoor firepit to gather around at night.

Clean cute cottage
The cottage was clean and cute, the shower is a bit tight and it's possible I missed in the description but the queen bed in located in the living area. It wasnt a problem for us but if multi couples rent it could be uncomfortable.

Rustic Cabin
Nice little place not to far from the lake. We stayed while bear hunting and it was the perfect little spot.
