About this property

This fantastic spacious Lely Resort Villa is located on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with the bathtub, the shower, two separate sinks and the toilet, the 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and entrance to the second bathroom with a shower, sink and the toilet, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin-size beds. All the beddings and towels are luxury and 100% cotton.
The family room has a sofa bed that could be very useful for a big family. Each bedroom and the family room have the TVs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with the refrigerator/icemaker, a NEW dishwasher, microwave, oven, mini-oven, coffee maker, toaster and a kettle.
Beside the kitchen is the laundry with the NEW washer and dryer. We also provide the laundry liquid detergent and the dryer sheets.
A cute workspace at the entrance has an office table and a chair.

This community has plenty of amenities to ensure guests have plenty of activities! These include a heated outdoor pool and spa/hot tub, a clubhouse with a fitness room, tennis courts, poolside BBQ grills, bike paths, bocce ball, 2 renowned golf courses and Sam Snead’s Tavern and Grill. All such amenities are within a couple minute walk from your front door! Walk 2 minutes to be at the pool or walk 3 minutes to be at a great white tablecloth restaurant/bar/pro-shop. Publix, Fresh Market, fast food, pharmacy, Outback Steakhouse, Carraba's Italian Grill, 5 Guy's Burgers, pizza and Chinese food are all within an easy 5-minute, 25 MPH drive while staying inside the Lely Resort. The city of Naples itself is filled with beautiful attractions! The lovely water of the Gulf of Mexico and the extravagant sand beaches are sure to provide you with ultimate relaxation! The city is also perfect for nature lovers with plenty of bike/hike trails and beautiful reserves. Naples & Marco Island beaches, downtown Naples & beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico all within a 15-minute drive! The entire Lely development is amazing! Relax and enjoy the weather, blue skies and palm trees!

Great place for an active vacation

We loved access to the golf courses at Lely where we had multiple rounds of golf with great and friendly service. We played a lot of pickleball on the courts within a very short, quick walk. The weather was hot and sunny which made for a crowded pool area though. Sam Snead's restaurant was good and very convenient. Last but certainly not least, the condo was well suited to our needs: big, comfortable beds with lots of pillows; 2 showers with oodles of hot water; laundry facilities -- everything we needed! Communications were great, and the owner was highly responsive, helpful and very pleasant too!

Naples paradise

Very well appointed villa

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. The property had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. It is located with a nice view of a pond and a short distance to the pool.
