One-bedroom apartment with sleeping alcove on the ground floor for 4 people, 31 sq m, with a 12 sq m south-facing terrace.
It is comprised as follows:

- Kitchenette: Refrigerator, combination oven/microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher
