There is a $300 security deposit for each reservation. You will ONLY be charged in the event that items in and around the home are damaged or stolen, or when house rules are violated.

I fell in love with this property mainly for the cottage feel and the views of the beach. My favorite memory is sitting on the porch at sunset listening to waves.
