Guests will enjoy restaurants, bars, nightclubs, groceries stores, cafes and more at their door steps. Apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.



The Space:

Large 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Unit is located on the 3rd floor walk up (top floor), there is **no elevator**. Really comfortable with a living area of 598 sqft or 55 sqm.



Fully equipped kitchen with electric range, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster cookware, utensils and more, ...



High-speed internet WiFi, SMART TV with AMAZON FIRE STICK, basic cable TV, iron with iron board, hair dryer, Pack n' Play (baby crib), available for guests.



All linens, towels, plates, silverware, glassware are provided to the guests.



The bedroom has a king size bed (2 guests).

The living room has queen size sofa bed (2 guests)

Getting Around:

Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, clubs, convenience stores and more.

A car is not recommended and it is difficult to park in the area. I would recommend Uber or Lyft to get around the City



Other Things to Note:

No elevator walk up to the 3rd floor.

Parking is not available and it can be really difficult to park in the area. Parking lots are available nearby the condo, however, prices vary between $30-$50 per day.

We would not recommend to rent a car for your stay as the location is perfect and walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. I would suggest to use Uber or Lyft for cheap rides in the city.

Summary

The best thing about the property was the location which was great and very centrally. The rooms conditions however were pretty neglected, especially kitchen/living area. e.g. cushions of couch full of stain, e.g. toaster was broken, owner was informed but didn't take care about it, no instructions for air-conditions (Europeans are not get used for), TV, Micro, other electrical equipment; whole place somewhat of dirty; kitchen equipment very basic; everything a bit grimy, no really appetising.
