KURUTXIAITAKO BORDA - LASSE
Detached, detached house with a private heated pool and a 6-seater jacuzzi. An old sheepfold, completely renovated, extended, and equipped with 4-star comfort. The covered terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Basque Country mountains. Beautiful amenities include beds made, towels provided, heating, and cleaning included, so you can enjoy your vacation in this natural, green setting. On the ground floor: a large 70 m² living room bathed in light in a picture-postcard setting (very well-equipped kitchen - induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine cellar), and a dining area opening onto the terrace. Living room (large flat-screen TV, Canal+ subscription, Bluetooth sound system, and CD player). 4G internet connection with good Wi-Fi speed. Bar area. Separate WC. Pantry (washing machine, dryer), attached garage (treadmill), Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and TV: 1 queen-size bed and 2 twin single beds. Reversible air conditioning and heating included. 4 x 8 m swimming pool, 1.40 m deep, secured by a submerged cover. Salt treatment. Heated. Open from May to September. 1-WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL. The grounds are unfenced and open onto pasture areas. To avoid disturbing our neighboring sheep, please supervise your small pet (only 1 allowed per stay with a €3/day supplement). Gîte 2 km from the village, near the GR10 (hiking trail), 5 minutes from St-Jean-Pied-de-Port and 15 minutes from the Spanish border. Pets are welcome at an additional cost of €3 per day. Renovated sheepfold with all comforts, offering a breathtaking panorama of the mountains of the Basque Country, with private heated swimming pool and SPA. 5 minutes from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port.
