The holiday apartment is quietly located in Staphel, a district of Sassnitz, directly on a forest and only 5 minutes walk from the Baltic Sea. Until kilometer-long, sandy beach is only about 1 500m. The nearby Binz with numerous restaurants and shopping is a UNESCO biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen with magnificent, unspoiled landscape.   From Staphel you have easy start for hiking, swimming or to ride a bike. A bicycle rental, a bakery and a small playground, we have just around the corner. On the existing terrace you can enjoy the sun or relax with a glass of wine. Welcome to the Appartement Feuerstein!   The holiday apartment with underfloor heating is located on the ground floor of a residential building and has a separate entrance. It is about 30m² in size, can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests, has been modern, high quality and lovingly furnished. In the living room there is a comfortable couch with a table and a modern flat-screen TV. The modern and open kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, extractor, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer and dining table with chairs. In the bedroom a comfortable double bed (140cm wide) awaits you as well as a spacious wardrobe. On the existing terrace you can enjoy the sun or relax beieinem glass of wine. On arrival the beds are made with sheets and there are fresh towels ready. We also like to rent to guests with love dogs (max. Two dogs, surcharge). The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer and vanity and offers natural light.
