Le Cotin Bieu is an independent, quiet and bright house with an enclosed courtyard.
The living room includes a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a table football table for wild games.
A bedroom on the ground floor, two single beds on the mezzanine popular with teenagers.
Two bunk beds provide an extra bed for children.
Two bathrooms: one with shower cubicle and bathtub, the other with walk-in shower.
