Little corner of paradise at the sea. Fisherman’s house at the beach of Pont Roux on the protected site of Yaudet, near the pink granite coast. This traditional house welcomes you with its two bedrooms, a large kitchen and a living room. A large garden with sea view to enjoy the beautiful days and relax in a quiet magical environment and enjoy the sandy beach.
A simple and warm comfort, 7 minutes by car from the shops (bakery, butcher...).
An ideal place to walk in the region: Perros Guirrec, Lannion, Locquirec...
A creperie is 5 minutes walk from the house.

Location idéale pour les amoureux de la nature : mer et forêt accessible à pied depuis le logement. Cadre superbe. De très nombreuses randonnées possibles. La côte de granit rose est accessible facilement en voiture. Hôtes accueillants et discrets. Logement avec tout le nécessaire.
