Escape to your private Montana retreat! This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin sits on 4.5 acres of land surrounded by mature trees, offering peace, privacy, and a true mountain getaway. Just a short drive from Glacier National Park, it’s the perfect base for exploring the natural beauty of the area.

Relax on the spacious deck, complete with grills and a gas fire pit—ideal for summer cookouts or stargazing nights under the Big Sky. Inside, you’ll find a cozy, well-equipped space with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Whether you’re looking for adventure in the great outdoors or a quiet place to unwind, this Montana cabin delivers the best of both worlds.


For our guests safety, we do have 2 exterior cameras on the outside of the house and 2 on the garage. We like to stay informed with the activity of the wild life on the property, possible weather elements including fires and other precautionary measures to make sure you have a safe and relaxing stay.

We had a great stay at Mountain Mama! The cabin was comfortable and fit the 5 of us comfortably. It had 1 private bedroom for 2 downstairs and can fit 4 additional persons upstairs but its a shared room. All sorts of awesome amenities are provided including shared bug spray, shared bear spray, washer, dryer, a pac man arcade which had 4 games, a shed filled with sporting equipment kids can play with, etc.Its about 20 min away from the west entrance of Glacier National Park and is convenient from a local supermarket and coffee. There's a forrested area behind the property and its quite private and secluded. Wonderful stay and the host answers questions promptly too!

Tara's place was beautiful, exactly as listed. She was extremely responsive to queries, often replying within 10 or 15 minutes. The house was spotless, beds were very comfortable, and there were some nice amenities for going on treks like bear spray, trekking poles, and plenty of Ziploc bags and tupperware-like boxes to take food along. The location is incredibly convenient for west glacier (and about 1.5h drive from St. Mary in East glacier) with restaurants and a supermarket within a few minutes drive. Would highly recommend for a glacier stay!

We absolutely loved Mountain Momma. It fit our family of 6 perfect and the location was so great for access to Glacier. Just a short drive to the entrance. The property is secluded and private and very comfortable. Highly recommend and would love to return.
