Le point fort est la localisation face â la mer au bord du chemin piéton donc très au calme et en même temps à proximité du centre du petit village de Préfailles.Propreté, espace et très bon équipement des 2 maisons. Celles ci permettent de vivre indépendamment mais aussi de partager ensemble l'espace de vie de la maison principale celui ci étant spacieux .
