Located just 4 houses from the beach! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath back cottage just went through a “down to the studs” remodel in 2023 and a 2nd bathroom was added winter of 2025. Kitchen was remodeled upgraded as well winter 2025. 2025 3 bedroom 1 bathroom PRICING FOR 2026. All new appliances, furniture, flooring, in unit washer and dryer and central A/C. Located conveniently on 11th Ave, with 1 parking spot, in family friendly Belmar, this unit welcomes you and your family or friends to ocean living.

No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 4 beach badges, 4 backpack beach chairs, 4 beach towels and 2 umbrellas provided. Don't worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web. Please be aware that we rent to families or groups age 25 or older only.

You will never want to leave front porch. But if you need to cool down, central air will keep the inside cool. And there is a washer and dryer in your unit for your convenience. This home may also be your potential cozy winter getaway, the ocean is beautiful year round!. Kid friendly. Please no pets or smoking.

Perfect beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage by the beach . I grew up in belmar so it was nice being back home . Will definetely be back for striped bass fall run!!!

Perfect for a beach wknd

Being so close to the beach and other activities, the house was perfect for crashing after a long day in the sun. Beds were comfy and evenings were quiet. The parking was tight but not impossible. Very cute and comfortable would stay again.

The house had everything we needed. Just steps to the beach, made it very easy to duck in and out to the beach. And a parking spot! Quick and easy communication with the property manager. Highly recommended.

Perfect beach get away

This was the perfect end of summer beach get away! House was PERFECT! Location was to die for but this house came with everything. The added beach tags were key when friends / family came down for the day. Beds were comfy and that is usually something that ends up falling short in rentals but not here! Property was A+++ and I am already looking forward to renting again next season.

Great upgrades close to the beach

We stayed at this property before it was refurbished and under previous ownership/management. A nice location close to the beach, we were really pleased with the upgrades, and the property manager was readily available for questions and assistance. A few more lamps and some extra hooks would be nice, but we really had everything we needed. One note, and this is my personal preference. I wish it was clear the shams and blankets get washed regularly and between guests. We brought our own sheets and towels, but used their blankets. I washed them myself with the handy washer/dryer, but it was time consuming.

Perfect little bungalow

We enjoyed our stay in Belmar literally four houses from the beach. This newly renovated cottage was perfect and had everything we needed. Whole Foods delivers here, which made grocery shopping easy, although it’s not a far drive to go to the store. The manager was attentive and friendly. Would love to come back again and again.

A Great Property

Stayed here for 4 nights over the fourth of July weekend with a group of 7 friends. The property was new and updated and is the best location ever, just 4 houses from the beach. The property manager, Phil, is great to deal with as well. 5/5 stars.

the perfect spot

This, I'm assuming, newly renovated property is four houses from the beach. It makes it so easy if you forget something (don't forget the provided beach tags) or need a break. The property looks beautiful. All amenities included. Clean location with a hip style. About 8 blocks to town but easily doable. Off street parking for one car is huge on the weekends. Highly recommended.

Amazing Rental Property

This is a beautiful cottage that is newly renovated. It was an amazing stay for us. All of the renovations were top notch. The bathroom was beautifully done and the shower was perfect. Washer and dryer provided worked perfectly. The owner provides everything that you might need for your stay. Linens, towels and laundry detergent were all available for use and they were top level. I cannot say enough how beautifully done this cottage was. Central A/C rocked. Ceiling fans in every room made a big difference. All brand new appliances in the kitchen. This was truly a great value for the price. Being only 4 houses from the beach was very convenient. There was no need to pack a large cooler or worry about traveling back to the house after a Long Beach day. I highly recommend booking this property. It was perfect for my wife and 2 children. The owner is super easy to work with and made our stay as comfortable and relaxing as it could be. AAAAAA++++++
