Appealing in Napili :)

A gorgeously decorated condo in a perfect area: very near Napili Bay, but not in the epicenter, so to speak. It was quiet except for the dramatic roar of the ocean.

This property was a complete dream! Such a special gem of a place, we loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and watching turtles pop up through the waves all day :) I highly recommend this location!

Great location! Right on the water!

We had a wonderful week long stay. It is the perfect size for a couple. Everything we needed in one place. Especially the breathtaking sunset views. We also really enjoyed watching the kite surfers from the deck. Very quiet area and nice to have restaurants within walking distance. I can't wait to go back. Mahalo!

Awesome stay on Maui

We loved our stay with Hula Hideaway. It looks just like the photos. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully supplied with kitchen ware and beach accessories. The location is near other larger resorts but feels much more private. We even saw some turtles from our balcony. I will definitely check out their other properties if we ever get the chance to return.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved this condo! It was very clean and beautifully decorated! The bed, living room sofa and balcony “cloud” couch were very comfortable! Everything you need for a relaxing stay was provided! The property management team was also prompt and kind. We have 0 complaints. The views cannot be beat. You will not regret staying here! Thank you!!!

Magical place

Words cannot even describe how gorgeous the view is from the lanai or how much time you will want to spend on it watching sea turtles, sunrises, sunsets, and birds. Everything about the property itself is lovely as well as functional and the location cannot be beat. You are close to everything without being surrounded by tons of people and noise and it is the perfect mix of relaxing and inspiring. We were very sad to leave this gorgeous place and would love to return!

Perfection!

This place is so lovely for a relaxing vacation on Maui - especially the balcony and daybed! Also perfect location for getting around the island to see the sights and visit beaches. This place has everything you need - the beach gear was especially useful and kitchen is well stocked with anything you need for cooking. Jill was also very communicative and helpful when we needed something or had a question, which I so appreciated. 10/10 in every way! We hope to come back soon.

Paradise found!!

The minute we walked in, it was so inviting! Loved the entire experience! The Aloha decor was beautifully Incorporated into every nook and cranny of this beautiful enchanting studio condoo. The lanai was beyond awesome. To sit out on the daybed, watching turtles, kayakers, morning rainbows & breathtaking sunsets...provided just the peace & tranquility for both me & my hubby! Just what we needed for our last couple of days in paradise!! We will be back!! Mahalo for everything, Jill!

Paradise Gem!

Great condo! All updated. Beautiful place. YOU JUST CANT BEAT THE VIEW, lanai and OMG the Daybed! I saw whales multiple times a day and really appreciated the furnished binoculars! Having A/C was awesome. It was in the high 80’s every day will humidity in the 70-80’s! Stunning shower! This is a fabulous condo and location is amazing! Did I mention seeing lots of sea turtles everyday at the sea wall? ❤️❤️❤️❤️🏖🐋🐢🐢

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I came to Maui to celebrate my birthday. We were soooo pleased when we opened the door to this thoughtful vacation home. It is so cozy and the décor is just adorable and perfect for the setting. The bed was comfy, kitchen was fully stocked, beach accessories were available as well. The best was the view from the lanai, and we loved sitting on the daybed on the lanai also, it was perfect for a little getaway. Minor issues, ants were coming from a small gap in the wall by the sink, they were attracted to the fresh flower by the sink. They were not a nuisance, once we removed the flower to outside they slowly went away. But this would need to be addressed as people of course will eat in there, to prevent them from coming back. Also, HIGHLY suggest a detachable showerhead instead of just the waterfall option to ensure a super clean body after a day at the beach lol. Lastly, everything was clean, maybe I have OCD, but it could've used a bit more cleaning for the floors. Nothing that would prevent me from coming back. If my husband and I visit Maui again, we would definitely stay there.

Words can’t describe it … 🌸🌈💕

We’ve stayed in units at Pohailani more times than I can possibly count, including owning one in the same building, as well as my parents owning the one directly next-door to this unit. This unit blows them all out of the water! The remodel they’ve done is amazing, and everything about it is simply stunning. They put much thought into having everything you could possibly need during your stay, and the place was impeccably clean. This is literally my favorite place on earth, and my heart will always be here at Pohailani. This particular visit was short… Staying with friends in Kihei for a couple of nights and heading over to Kauai for an annual volleyball tournament for the remainder of our trip. Our three nights here were the most memorable for me. Having lived on Maui as well as visiting well over 30 times, we’ve seen and done it all, so just being here and hanging on the lanai was all we wanted to do. Thank you for providing an amazing place for us to do just that. We’ll definitely be back! Maui no ka oi! 🌸🌈💕

Absolutely beautiful- so memorable!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The actual unit is very clean and so wonderfully decorated- as beautiful as photos! The kitchen was stocked with many useful things to prep food. Also, ice packs in the freezer for your cooler and a Brita water filter pitcher in the fridge to drink or refill water bottles with filtered water! Really nice touches. It is the absolute perfect space for a couple or solo! We spent every morning and evening out on the lanai, and have lots of memories of this wonderful view- huge waves, sea turtles, and wind surfers! Also, the bed was so comfortable. We slept so well, to the sound of crashing waves on the break wall out back (You couldn’t stay closer to the ocean than this!) It is a short walk to a convenience/general store, great coffee shop, and Maui Brewing Co.! We headed there a couple times. I will say, we were worried when we arrived- we had trouble finding it. There is no “hula hideaway” sign, like all the other surrounding properties. We arrived at an old, grey building- and hoped the listing was accurate inside! (Which it was!!) We also arrived a half hour early- hoping we could get in after a long drive, but cleaning staff were in there until the very last minute of our check-in time (and in our assigned parking space.) The water pressure in the shower is lacking, sometimes a trickle and at times luke warm- but wasn’t a big deal…you’re in Hawaii! :) During this trip we stayed at a luxury resort & this rental unit at Hula Hideaway- both were such unique experiences and different ways to see Maui. Some of my favorite parts happened at this condo: Hanging at Napili beach, drinks at Maui Brewing co. & Kohola Brewing, and walking around shopping & having dinners on Front St. in Lahaina. So relaxing and lovely. We would love to come back and explore what we ran out of time to do! Thanks for your hospitality.

Perfect for turtle and whale watching

Had a lovely stay here. Cute and cozy, with an amazing view. it's located right on a very infrequented section of the ocean that's shallow and perfect for turtle frolicking.Close to the outstanding Miso Phat for sushi, Hawaiian Village Coffee for coffee and great handheld breakfast, and a couple miles from the amazing breakfast spot, The Gazebo.The ocean sings you to sleep, and the place is decorated and provisioned wonderfully.Highly recommended!

Every detail of this rental was carefully designed and decorated. We enjoyed walking to a nearby little beach, walking for chinese take-out, and parking at the bottom or our stairs. We watched whales each morning and evening. Everything was comfortable, clean, new, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this rental for a couple wanting to relax and enjoy spending time at a rental. The pictures are accurate and we loved the Boho style. Loved it!
