The condo is in a great location. Owners were very responsive when we had issues with hot water for showers. We felt it could use some new kitchen towels and bathroom rugs as they seemed tired but we loved the location. Never used the hot tub. It worked great for the wedding we were in town for so all was good.
Carpet was dirty, beds had foam rubber pads with poor fitting sheets and the place looked and felt as if it had just been bought as a rental unit. An owner needs to spend some time there and make it “nice.”
We selected this condo due to the fact we needed a place to stay for a conference. The overall condo was fine, but a bit dated; the hot tub cover is trashed, the heating system needs significant work. The thermostats DO NOT work. You have either off and NUCLEAR heat from the resister. There is no valid temperature feedback to regulate the temps. This makes figuring out how to set the temperatures difficult. Literally takes two days to figure out to turn off heat at night... weird.
Otherwise it was a suitable condo.
Great location and amenities— very clean, quiet, comfortable & clear instructions on how-to’s. Within walking distance to Meadow Center and easy out to go up to base area. Host does a great job with this home!
