Welcome to this updated studio just behind the main house, which is one house from famous Newport Beach - a coveted location in a stellar beach community. Here you can easily have an indoor/outdoor seaside interlude Southern California style.

THINGS TO KNOW
There will be construction nearby until mid-June 2024. Usual hours of intermittent construction are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with occasional weekday work until 6:30 p.m. Construction will not occur on weekends. Rates have been discounted by 10% for all booking stays between now and mid-June 2024 to compensate for any inconvenience.
This home does not have air-conditioning.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

Excellent location, but not all amenities for the unit were available
This location is literally steps from the beach. Perfect for those who want to maximize time at the shoreline. The location is also close to dining and the Newport Pier. The photos adverstised a kitchenette and showed a stovetop with cookware available. When we arrived, there were no burners for the stovetop and the knobs had been removed. However, there was a stockpot and several frying pans available. The unit had an electric skillet and a panini maker, as well as a blender available. We were not planning on cooking on this trip, so this was not a major problem, but if you are planning on cooking, this may not be the unit for you. Also, there is not designated parking for this unit. It is stated on the website, but there is also a picture of a garage, which is somewhat misleading. Parking can be difficult to find at this location, especially free parking. The bathroom has been newly renovated, and it looks very nice, but the rest of the unit looks it's age. It was clean, but a fresh coat of paint would make it "feel" more clean and fresh. One of the legs on one of the beds was broken when we arrived. I texted the property manager in the morning after our first night, but we did not get a response. We were able to make it work by propping up the bed with some books and a wooden block. The location and the price made up for the shortcomings we experienced. Excellent if you are looking for a "no frills" place to stay to maximize your time on the shoreline.

OK property, great location
The location is absolutely fantastic. The studio apartment is closer to 300 sq ft, not 700 sq ft as listed on VRBO (or ~400 sq ft as listed elsewhere). You can hear your neighbors talking across the wall, and hear every footstep from your upstairs neighbor. The smoke alarm goes off whenever you are cooking (e.g., boiling a pot of pasta). The carpet is in heavy need of shampooing. There is no place to dry dishes (I ended up using one of the beds as a disk drying rack). If you are staying here for any length of time, buying / bringing an InstantPot would greatly help as the kitchen is bare bones. The company people are quite responsive - they got me ceramic plates / bowls and a pasta pot right away when I requested. There is ample street parking nearby.

The place filthy and dirty and the amenities are planes were not working. I check in December 2, 2021 late at 9:30 PM the place was dirty the appliance wasn’t working and I got video and pictures taken and I report it immediately when I woke up in the morning December 3, 2021 Friday, and spoke to the customer service and they were being very sarcastic saying they were very sorry. I wanted to make myself a coffee it took me an hour and a half to prepare a coffee because the coffee maker was not working the cook range electrical burners neither wasn’t working the breakfast table with sticky stain of wine, also the plastic glasses of wine to drink too they were stain with red wine, the kitchen walls area others walls were filthy and dirty wood stain the carpet rug was stained and dirty the room smell alcohol, the toilet tank was leaking the whole night I couldn’t sleep, the walls are thin you can hear everybody’s conversation even when they’re walking moving things around sounds like horse walk that you can sleep the whole night. 😔😞😏😒😫😖😣☹️
