Private Studio Within Walking Distance to the Beach, Restaurants, & Shops

Quaint private studio apartment with a private entrance, just a few blocks from Corona del Mar State Beach & walking distance to restaurants, markets, etc. Queen size bed and love seat, flat screen TV, Wifi. Separate bathroom and closet. No kitchen but a small fridge. Keurig coffee maker, and microwave, much like a nice hotel room.

Recently remodeled and very clean and cozy. Beach towels and beach chairs provided.

There is also a separate large,1 bedroom apartment upstairs that sleeps 4. See VRBO listing # 832650.

Also if you would like to visit Joshua Tree National Park during your visit, I have 2 - newly remodeled, 1 bedroom units, very near the Park and walking distance from downtown Joshua Tree- See VRBO Listing # 2482603 and # 2482040.

If stay is over 31 days, I am not required to charge the 10% bed tax.

Lovely location. A stay

I was in town for business and spent 3 nights at this location. The area is beautiful and apartment was we’ll appointed with everything I needed. Walking distance into a beautiful beach town. Would definitely stay again.

Snug little studio

The studio had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. It was very clean and spacious enough for us to sit and relax when we were hiding from the rain. Such a great location and neighborhood. We did not cook as we wanted to eat at local restaurants, while staying in the area. Communication was amazing with the owner she was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Fantastic location

Can’t be the location of this unit. Walkable to an absolutely gorgeous beach. A very quiet neighborhood, private entrance, and great restaurants close by.

Cozy Corona del Mar hideaway

Very well furnished efficiency apartment, pretty decor, coffee and snacks graciously provided. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach, owner available if questions arise. Perfect for one, a bit tight bit doable for two.

Wonderful Room in a Beautiful Area

Wife and I booked this room because it's in Corona Del Mar in Newport Beach. We had stayed in this area before over a year ago in another VRBO rental. Easily found room and checked in. Host kept in close contact and was very supportive. The room fit our needs pefectly, i.e., it's a studio apartment with full bath and small kitchen area. We loved walking the area which is full of good restaurants and shops. Only 3 or 4 blocks to nice beaches. Wish it was warmer when we were there. Lots of parking on the street for our rental car. Highly recommend this property.

This property is fantastic. I would suggest a shower head that comes off the wall so guests could rinse down the walls. The shower head should also be a little higher. My husband is 6feet and found it just a little difficult to get washed.

Cozy Studio in Corona del Mar

Great location in CdM! Place was clean & cozy. Very walkable to outdoor activities & restaurants nearby. Colleen was responsive, friendly and added nice touches throughout the studio that make you feel welcome. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very clean and in a great location. The only concerns I had were: 1. No AC or cross ventilation. Fans just moved the warm air. 2. No desk in unit. This was business trip & it was difficult to use computer without desk.

Great location and neighborhood for enjoying the local culture with great hosts.

My husband and teen son were there for four nights. My husband is very picky and he loved the space. It was clean and had everything they needed and more. Host was always responsive with our questions and both husband and son had a great time.

Lovely and cozy studio

The studio is super-clean and beautifully decorated, as pictured and describe. The details are so well planned - we were in town for a wedding, and we appreciated having a full mirror, iron and ironing board, and lots of hangers and room in the closet, plus bottled water and snacks on the coffee table when we arrived. The location is wonderful with close access to great dining and the beach. Our hosts were very kind to us when we got turned around on our way in. The studio was quiet for the most part, and the bed was very comfortable. It was extremely hot while we were there, so we appreciated having an extra fan we could bring out at night, as there is no air conditioning. I would definitely return.

Long distance partner reunion

Queer platonic partner flew and we had a spectacular stay. Easy parking, lots to do in walking distance. Good quiet neighborhood. Safe space for lgbtq partners to spend a weekend.

Clean studio, good location

The property was as described in the listing. Property manager was very helpful. She notified us that the unit was available for early check-in and she reached out twice during our stay to ask if we needed anything. I would definitely considering staying here again. Great location—short walk to the beach and several stores and restaurants.

Home away from home.

We traveled to attend a celebration of life for family. We felt very comforted and at peace in this great little place. We found ourselves saying okay let's go home at the end of each day out and about.

Studio without a kitchen.

Colleen is very helpful and lives on the property. Despite not having a stove, it is not difficult to just use a micro oven to heat up local cuisine. There are lots of options for meals prepped and sold at Mother’s Market or Zinc Cafe just to name a few. I would stay there again My visit was 4 days.

Great getaway
