I can’t say enough about how much we LOVE this home and its wonderful host. Beautiful neighborhood, safe and perfect for kids to play. The beach is clean and beautiful, the home is simple and perfect.

This is a laid-back beach vacation home, not fancy, but well supplied. What is spectacular about it is the location. You cross the street, and you are on a beautiful beach, frolicking with friendly locals. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and has a front patio area for enjoying morning coffee while watching people bicycle by with their surfboards. The supplied boogie boards and other beach equipment save you the hassle and expense of renting them, which is invaluable in our estimation. The host was easygoing, and made check-in and check-out flexible and uncomplicated with our travel schedule, which we truly appreciate. The place is quite spacious. It seems we came during unusually hot weather, so the air conditioner in the living room had a hard time, and the bedrooms were pretty hot for sleeping, even with fans to move the air around, but presumably that’s not the case when there isn’t a crazy heat wave. If you can accept that some things may not be in great repair, the tradeoff is remarkable beach access for a comparatively reasonable price.

The location was 100% the best part of this stay. We were able to maximize our time in the ocean, on the sand, and riding bikes up and down the boardwalk. The amenities at the house allowed us to enjoy the beach and local parks with the kiddos.
