The Space:
Booking our condo ensures a stay in a recently renovated space adorned with upscale furnishings, top-tier appliances, plush comforters, and a generous 65-inch TV for those late-night entertainment sessions. We've maintained a clean and minimalist aesthetic, prioritizing your comfort throughout your stay, which can accommodate up to four guests. Rest easy with our year-round AC and heating.

The bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted 55-inch TV, and nightstands with soft lighting on both sides of the bed. In the living room, you'll discover two full-size fold-down sofa beds, each with bedding provided. During your visit, you'll enjoy unrestricted access to all the amenities our home has to offer.

Our serene and secure neighborhood features a newly constructed city park just a block away from the condo. The downtown area promises entertainment for visitors of all ages, including ferry rides and attractions.

The kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays, offering a comprehensive array of cookware, glassware, utensils, and more. We even provide complimentary sodas upon your arrival. Basic seasonings like salt, pepper, and sugar are at your disposal, along with a Nespresso machine that includes free coffee pods. You can enjoy lightning-fast 1000Mbps Wi-Fi. For those who appreciate outdoor cooking, we provide a gas BBQ grill, along with beach chairs and umbrellas. Extra bedding is available, and a spacious walk-in closet provides ample storage.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire condo, including all furnishings and appliances. Additionally, we offer a free on-site laundry facility for guest use (please consult the house manual for details).

The Neighborhood:
It's a tranquil, secure area with a new park developed by the city. It is around one block away from the apartment. The downtown area has activities and Ferry rides for both adults and children. Stepping outdoors, you can view the beach sand and Bay Area, which are approximately 100 yards away.

Getting Around:
You can walk to everything, bay, beach, bars, and restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
* We have an assigned garage parking for compact vehicles. The parking space is small and will fit up to a mid-size SUV. You can also do street parking but be mindful of street cleaning signs. Overnight parking is permitted in metered spaces but must be moved early in the morning.
* Street cleaning occurs on Mondays on one side of the street and Tuesdays on the other side. Parking is prohibited in the alley, and any parking tickets are the sole responsibility of the guest.
