The room did not look to be cleaned, the floor obviously had not been swept before it was mopped.The room was extremely hot as the heater in the room would not stop putting out warm air.It was also warm outside, so the fans didn’t do much good as there was no air-conditioning.The lock on the door was frustrating, you had to input the code a minimum of two times before the door would unlock.I had to ask for a new code as my four digit phone number which should’ve worked didn’t.Parking was OK, it would’ve been nice to had unavailable space to lock up my bikes.The location was great.

Loved location, albeit foot traffic immediately outside door Going barefoot I noticed that floor wasn’t super clean but generally very clean No dish towel Nice bath towelsDecorative items on eating counter annoying Window shades left gaps and had a couple passersby peeking in No clue how to use television

Perfect little getaway!

We loved being so close to a bike rental shop, the ferry, and of course the beach! Kathy is the perfect host, and we would definitely come back!

Simple yet Perfect vacation

Kathy’s place was amazingly clean and well taken care of just like the pictures. Clean towels ,sheets , and dishes and the places even had access to beach chairs and beach towels.

So much better than a hotel!

This place is everything it claims to be. Clean, comfortable, great location. We would definitely stay here again. Kathy was great to work with and very responsive to some last minute changes we had. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood.

Balboa Studio

It was enjoyable and close to Balboa Pier. Very clean and comfortable. I wish it had a toaster for breakfast Bagels, etc. Definitely would stay in this studio again.

Peaceful bungalow

The unit was very quiet and peaceful. No problem finding parking. Great location for us w/ bikes. Overall very pleasant for the end of June.
