An extremely pleasant stay in a well equipped and clean apartment. The location was quiet and within a short walk to the main town. Sandrine and her family below were extremely friendly, helpful and generous. The concierge was also friendly and helpful.One aspect of the arrangement with the pool was that it was shared. However, this was not a problem. Maybe I missed that piece of information? Overall we had a fantastic stay.

The property is in a good position for access to the town . However the description should be more accurate. From the road level parking the property is situated down a very steep drive and then a further 25 steps. The pool is down further steps and there are more steps to the walk to the town. As such it is not recommended for older travellers or those with walking difficulties. Also the outside facilities ( pool and barbecue ) are shared with the other two rental properties on site. The private patio area is good but it's appearance could be improved with a lick of paint , there was also a problem with drainage from the upstairs property. The property itself is generally in reasonable order although the kettle lid was broken and the toaster could certainly do with an upgrade. Vincent was helpful particularly when the parking spot was taken by somebody else.

Gîte au top proximité de la ville

Très bel Accueil par Vincent professionnel et sympathique Gîte parfait, emplacement au top, en ville tout en étant à la campagne riche en plantations et fleurs …le plus piscine Nous recommandons et allons y revenir c’est un petit paradis

Magnifique!

Vincent nous a accueilli chaleureusement, il a su nous orienté et nous donner les bonnes adresses sur Collioure, de plus très arrangeant pour notre départ. La location est superbe, joliment décorée et bien aménagée. Le gros plus: le parking, le jardin et la piscine. Le séjour était parfait.Merci vincent.

À proximité du centre

Nous avons passé 4 jours à l’appartement, nous le recommandons. Il est très bien situé, au calme, à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Collioure. L’appartement est propre, très agréable avec sa terrasse et une décoration reposante. Belle rénovation. Les plus, une place de parking privée et une cuisine d’été très agréable. La communication avec la conciergerie a été très fluide et Vincent est agréable et accueillant. Il répond présent si besoin et donne des conseils pour les visites,restaurants, etc…Bel échange.
