Montgit - Piscine, grand jardin, parking
Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this charming 100 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Montmeyan, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,600 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a double sofa bed on the mezzanine floor
- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Two bathrooms with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8 x 3.5m) open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A lovely 1,600 m² enclosed garden
- An outdoor terrace of around 40 m ² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (this terrace is covered from 15 June to 15 September)
- A 20 m² covered terrace with furniture
- A petanque court
The house is ideally located in Montmeyan, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (which can accommodate up to 3 cars).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Aix TGV station 85 km away
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport, 100 km away
Other remarks:
- The property has external cameras
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics)
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the property
- The owner may occasionally reside on the property in an independent chalet, while taking care to preserve the peace and privacy of travellers.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Swimming pool: Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
