A prime home base for winter enthusiasts, this condo in Snowmass Village is incredibly close to the slopes. Grab the free winter shuttle for an easy ride to the resort and around town. A short drive from your door will take you to the slopes at Snowmass. Drive a little farther to visit the Snowmass Village Recreation Center. Enjoy an array of amenities including a gym, basketball court, climbing wall, and fitness classes. In the warmer months, grab your golf clubs and hit the fairways of Snowmass Club, or head to the Rio Grande Trail and hike or cycle along the 42-mile route.

After a day on the slopes, come home to a cozy living area with wooden floors and beams, a gas fireplace, and a TV. The condo also has a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space for meals. Spend relaxing evenings by the beautiful brick-surround gas fireplace. Watch movies on a 55-inch HDTV with a Bose sound system — set before a comfy sofa and two plush armchairs. In the contemporary kitchen, pinewood cabinetry contrasts with black granite countertops and stainless steel appliances - including a GE gas range. This open cooking space also features a breakfast bar — the ideal spot to chat with snacks while the chef preps meals.

A balcony lets you enjoy the crisp alpine air with great views of Snowmass Mountain. A bistro table offers seating for guests, and there’s an electric grill for cooking outdoors. Like many properties in the area, this vacation home does not have air-conditioning.

Comfort and beauty in Snowmass

I am so happy that I chose to stay at this Snowmass Condo for our summer getaway! It is very beautiful and well maintained. Everything was of very high quality with little touches that made staying there extremely comfortable. Built in dressers, wonderful towels, an amazing steam shower and beautiful bathrooms. Being that it is an end unit, having the extra window facing the lifts added a lot of light and awesome views to enjoy! Vacasa management are very responsive, and they do an amazing job supplying the condo and responding to needs. Very happy with it all!

Summer in Snowmass

The condo was just as described and the photos were accurate. We were happy with the location and liked being on the top floor. Fans in all the rooms and opening windows in the evening helped keep the place cool in the daytime. Our only disappointment was the lack of a pool/hot-tub due to re-construction something we were only made aware of some time after making our reservation. At times, the noise associated with this also spoiled the "peaceful" mountain environment.

This condo is spacious, nicely decorated, end unit with beautiful view of the mountains and a walk to Snowmass Village. The downside is the pool and laundry facilities are under construction. We were not made aware of this when we booked. There is construction noise and limited parking as a result. Fortunately there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

A great choice in Snowmass

Great condition and really well equipped, this Snowmass condo is ideal for two couples or friends traveling together wanting a "dual master bedroom" setup to equally split things up. Amenities are thoughtful and in great shape, everything worked well. Unit can be hard to find, be sure to get clear/specific directions. Outdoor secure ski storage would be nice (only an open unsecured rack is available) and be prepared for many stairs being on the third floor, but these are the only cons. Village Shuttle stop right in front of the unit, and walkable to grocery store and a couple restaurants.

Summertime stay in Snow Mass Condo - 2024

We really enjoyed staying in this condo! Both bedrooms were private, the bathrooms were nice and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the view from the 3rd floor patio was perfect, the pool and hot tub were so nice to use and kept up very well. Things that could use just a tad bit of improvement: >Laminated instructions for all 3 televisions. The systems in use were not very straight forward, and from what we could tell had a few bugs that were not easily rectified. >The lock mechanism on the front door was not very straight forward, and at times required multiple attempts to lock/unlock. The code was too long. It was easy to contact the management when we had a questions about it though. >The kitchen could use a few more up-to-date utensils, especially a knife sharpener. The knife selection was a good one, but they were all so dull. Overall, it's a lovely place!

We won’t miss the walk up to the 3rd floor

Great location within Snowmass Village. The 3 flights of stairs you have to walk up to get to the unit will not be missed. Even with the cool nights, having no air conditioning made for some warm days. The unit was clean and the washer/dryer were nice. Being able to do laundry was a bonus. The unit has two bedrooms. Each of the beds were comfortable, but way too high off the floor. Large bathrooms. The multi-head shower in the one bathroom was very nice. Communication with the rental agency once we were there was a little frustrating. The response didn’t seem to match the question or issue addressed. Parking is scarce. At least half of the time we didn’t have a spot and had to make our own. Enjoyed our time in Snowmass and exploring other areas of Colorado was a fun experience. The closure of I-70 caused us to change plans, but we made the best of it.

Beautiful views, close to town

It was difficult to find at night, as the numbers are similar in color to the exterior paint and there are no street signs of what building number you;re at. Additionally, our condo number was listed with additional letters which added to the confusion of finding our condo - resulting in us essentially guessing and pressing keypad numbers until we found the right one. The tenets below us constantly smoked on their balcony which blew smoke into our condo since the doors were always open due to lack of air conditioning. We had no parking pass the first night and our coffee maker didn't work, which meant we had to spend even more money. That said, the condo is on a corner with great views of Snowmass Village and the ski resort. It is located within walking distance of Snowmass Village and the drive to Aspen is about 15 minutes. There is wildlife everywhere, even had a deer eating out our back window a few early mornings. Aspen and Snowmass have a lot of great eating options and all are short drives. Two beds were extremely comfortable and perfect for two couples, management responded very quickly, and the internet/television and music system was all modern and saw a lot of use!

Skiing and the Messiah with our daughter!

We loved the location of this condo! It is half way up the mountain, so faster access to Woody Creek where our daughter lives. We had two beautiful days of skiing, using the bus system one day and walking to the lifts the other day. We also had 3 nights of the Messiah performed by the Aspen Chorus and a small orchestra that our daughter played in! It was a wonderful get away before the holidays!!!

Great location

If you are into winter sports and are young and physically fit, this 3rd floor walk up apartment is perfect for you. Unfortunately, there was nothing in the general description of the unit to indicate that we had to manage ourselves and our luggage up (what turned out to be) 4 flights of steep stairs. Other than that, the apartment was terrific. The kitchen was well stocked and both bedrooms had very comfortable beds and separate bathrooms, which is great when you are traveling with another couple. I cannot say enough about Matt, the Vacasa on site manager. He was absolutely amazing and helped us tremendously. Vacasa is very fortunate to have him on their staff. Thank you, Matt.

Great condo in snowmass village really close to 82. Would highly recommend!! Notes for anyone choosing to stay here: There is no AC (lots of ceiling fans tho and open windows. Didn’t really affect us) There is no elevator and this is on the top floor.
