A living area with a kitchenette equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, espresso machine, dishes and cooking utensils. Living room with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed, dining area, flat-screen TV. A 12m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and an awning facing SOUTH/EAST.
Pleasant Studio-Cabin, suitable for 4 people, close to the beach, marina and shops. Private parking in the gated community with an electric gate.
