Amenities include a microwave, mini electric oven, dishwasher, freezer compartment, washing machine, television, DVD player, and bicycle storage. The enclosed garden/courtyard has a terrace - part of the land is sloping. Garden furniture, two sun loungers, two deck chairs, and a barbecue are provided. Parking is available in a private, unfenced car park approximately 50 m from the house. Pets are allowed with prior agreement from the owners. A cleaning fee of €87 is available.
