Two-story terraced house - approximately 60 m² - comprising on the ground floor a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and a television, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (to access the second bedroom, you must go through the first), and a bathroom with toilet. Washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and flat-screen television are available. Laundry room shared with the owners. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and awning. Parking in front of the garage is not available. Pets allowed. The owners' second home is attached to the rental property. They are not always present. The grounds are separated by fences. A cleaning fee of €80 is available. Optional services not included, to be reserved 1 month prior to arrival and subject to availability:
