The sun-filled apartment Jani (no. 5) in the Villa Ilona invites you to relax and unwind. When setting a high value on comfort and well-being -We was laid to home-.   Located 180 meters from the beach and the town center that invites you to stroll and walk and beach days. Even in the cold season invites you to our apartment in through the floor heating for toasty warm and cozy relaxation.   In the immediate vicinity (100-300 meters) you will find the OstseeTherme, the concert place, bicycle rental, shops or numerous restaurants for feasting. In the city center many excursions by boat, the UBB train or a carriage ride are possible.   A supermarket (Netto), kiosk and bakery are 200 meters away or you can visit the huge shopping center Sky 1.8 km away.   The Heringsdorf Train Station is 16 minutes' walk (1.3 km) away from the Villa Ilona. For guests arriving by car, a parking space is available on the fenced plot.

Apartment Jani:
At the end of 2008, our stylish apartment in Villa Ilona was completed and lovingly furnished. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 living room with open kitchen.   Even in the cold season the apartment is through the underfloor warm and cuddly.   In the bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe. In the bedrooms are cold foam mattresses which are suitable for allergy sufferers.   The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and egg cooker. The necessary cookware -As to home- exist.   A large balcony invites you to breakfast in the morning sun and evening for a barbecue on the electric grill. From dawn to dusk, the sun shines on the balcony and the living room. For entertainment we offer cable TV, radio with CD and board games.   The apartment includes a parking space (Flat 5) which is available on the fenced premises. Furthermore, you can make your wheels in a lockable woodshed (no. 5) off.  The apartment Jani is a Non smoking apartment.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Die Wohnung Janni , war sehr schön und sehr zentral gelegen . Für Fahrräder war ein schöner Schuppen vorhanden mit Strom ! Das einzige was nicht so schön war , war der Krach morgens ab 7Uhr , Müllabfuhr , Baustelle gegenüber, Hotel Abhol und Bringedienst auch gegenüber ! Ausschlafen war nur am Wochenende möglich ! Ansonsten alles Top !!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit diversen Mängeln

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Wir hätten gerne eine Einweisung erhalten. Durch Öffnen der Schränke haben wir dann doch den im Internet angegebenen Elektrogrill, Auflagen für die Balkonstühle, Sonnenschirm und Reinigungsuntensilien gefunden. Durch Gespräche haben wir von dem WLAN Hotspot erfahren. Eine Ablage im Elternschlafzimmer war aus der Wand gerissen und wurde nicht neu montiert. In allen Zimmern fehlten Lampenschirme und 2 Leuchten waren defekt. Als Tipp ... Ablagemöglichkeite und eine Flurgarderobe wären von Vorteil. Eine Vorinformation über eine bestehende Baustelle wäre unbedingt erforderlich.
